Everyone needs a Haven Of Rest and you will find it here in this beautiful home. Spend your day in your own private saltwater pool or relax in the hot tub in the evening after your adventurous day exploring the beach and the OBX.

The top level great room will give everyone a place to gather to watch some favorite movies and the chef will enjoy the well equipped kitchen to prepare some delicious meals. Spacious decks that are covered and in the sun offer a place to read those books you've had on your list to read, or catch the most amazing sunsets the OBX offers.

Close to the sound side beach and Jockey’s Ridge State Park there is something for everyone to do. This great location is within minutes of the local restaurants, miniature golf and water-sports. Shop in one of our locally owned stores, search for dolphins off the coast, explore one of the coastal lighthouses, visit a historical site or try a water sport you have never experienced before.

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

The house is beautiful and clean and lots of room … be prepared to climb steps though but it’s good exercise … I plan on staying again next year … absolutely wonderful time and memories .

Everything was amazing. Had to do a little bit of cleaning when we arrived. Vacuum, sweeping and mopping but other than that it was clean. Might want to leave instructions on how to use living room tv. Took a bit to figure out the volume in the living room and could never find the sleep timer in the mid level master. Other than that it was Ana amazing stay. Beautiful house nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent again.

The furniture in the upstairs living room is stained and worn-out. There are cobwebs hanging from the ceiling fan. The games in the game room do not work. My biggest issue was we did not have the internet password. How hard is it to post password on the fridge or somewhere. It took 24 hours for the host to communicate with us to get the password. Now thinking about my 4 star rating is being pretty generous.

Great Memorial Day Weekend Stay

This rental was fantastic. Great place to stay with a larger group. We were pleasantly surprised that there were actually additional outdoor chairs and furniture that were not shown in the current photos on the listing. So everyone was able to sit on their respective floors/decks in the morning and enjoy some breakfast and coffee. The pool and hot tub were amazing, especially the hot tub in the evening when it was a bit cooler out. Both the pool and the hot tub were very clean and well maintained. Location was very convenient for everything that we had planned for the weekend. Stores in close proximity. We enjoyed an evening at Shaka’s Bar & Grill which was an absolute blast and only a few minutes away from the property. The beach was a very short drive from the house and surprisingly we didn’t have any issues with finding parking which was a surprise given that we were in the area for Memorial Day weekend. If you’re looking for a good place stay in OBX, I would highly recommend this property. I would definitely be interested in staying here again.

House was beautiful in a great location. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. The game room was very nice and there was plenty of space/bedrooms. Having a hot tub and pool is great. We unfortunately couldn’t use the pool because of the weather. There were some things that I wanted to bring to someone’s attention that could have been improved. The yard was not well maintained and overgrown. The beds overall were not very comfortable. I did find a foam pad and was able to put that on the master which helped but was still quite uncomfortable. The washing machine had sand and dirt in it when we got there. It also is quite rusted on the inside edges so clothes catch on it easily. The living room furniture has a number of stains on them and the couch has 0 support left in it. The children’s chair was broken and should have just been removed. One of the windows in the master on the top floor the piece to open and close the blinds was broken and missing so we could not adjust them. It also would be nice to have some curtains or something over the door in that room so we have the option to block the light in the morning if we want the room darker to sleep in. The remote for the tv in that room also would not turn on the tv. It had to be done with the button on the actual tv and then we could not adjust the volume either. The hot tub also seemed like it had way too much chlorine in it. It was so strong that our eyes were burning just sitting in the water because it was so potent.

Haven of rest

We were very pleased with the house. It was too chilly for the pool but definitely utilized the hot tub. It was cozy but we still had room to get away. Nicely stocked kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood.
