Atlantic Sunrise Beach House will surpass all your expectations with its new upper and lower decks, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, island and open concept floor plan. The beach house has been professionally decorated. The kitchen island has seating for 6 and is open to the dining room with seating for 10. The comfortable and elegant family room with 60" wall-mounted flat screen TV and Blue-ray player has plenty of seating for your large group. Upon entering our home you are treated to gorgeous 180 degree ocean views. The spectacular beaches of South Ponte Vedra are mere steps away.

Upstairs has a large master suite which includes a king size bed with a Sleep Number mattress, walk-in closet and spacious master bath with garden tub and separate shower. The master bedroom has it's own sitting area with breath taking ocean views and access to the upper deck. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs -- a queen and a study with a daybed that share a full bathroom.

Downstairs has three more bedrooms each with its own bath. There is a bunk room (Bedroom #6) for the kids with two bunk beds -- twin over full -- with room to kick back and watch tv or play games. An additional downstairs bedroom (Bedroom #5) has two queens and a very large en suite bath. The final bedroom (Bedroom #4) is a second master with a king bed and a full en suite bath. All rooms connect to a large game room with a pool table, 55" wall mounted TV and Blue-ray player. There is plenty of seating in this unique hang out with a sleeper sofa. High speed internet and cable tv is available throughout the house allowing you to connect all of your WiFi devices. The full laundry room has two front loading washers and two dryers for all those beach towels you will go through as well as a full refrigerator/ice maker for any extra refreshments.

You will find just as inviting as the inside of our home, there is every beach toy imaginable, including 4 surfboards, multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. We have a large Weber gas grill for outdoor cooking and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the views of the Atlantic which is steps from our home. You and your family will also enjoy the outdoor hot and cold shower to clean up as you come in from the beach. Outdoor dining is available on the upper deck off of the kitchen for those times when you want to enjoy your meals in the ocean breezes. In the evenings you will enjoy the lighted footpaths that surround our home.

In addition to enjoying our private beachfront home there are many restaurants and historical attractions to be found less than 10 minutes South in the oldest city in the U.S. -- St. Augustine, FL which just celebrated it's 450th anniversary. So, enjoy seafood and fine dining, go sailing on a pirate ship, go fishing from the Vilano Beach Pier or rediscover the Fountain of Youth and explore the national monument Castillo de San Marcos.
