Oceanfront 3 BR Condo - Wraparound Deck - Salty Sands I

If you are looking for a comfortable, casual, and clean place for your family to enjoy, please take a look! If you are looking for a glitzy, high rise condominium this might not be the place for you–however if a well maintained and decorated, very large, direct oceanfront, family-friendly place is appealing, this should more than suit your needs!

We are the end unit on the first floor of a five-story condo in mid-town Ocean City, Maryland. There is a sizable oceanfront wraparound deck with chaise lounges and other seating provided with wonderful views of the beach and the ocean.

The mid-town location gives you easy access to all restaurants, the boardwalk, amusement parks, Convention Center, and plenty of tennis, golf, and tons of water activities within easy reach–lots in walking distance.

We provide high speed Wi-Fi for your use. We have a big screen, flat-panel Smart HDTV (Netflix streaming, etc.) in the living room and flat-panel TVs in each of the bedrooms, all equipped with Comcast/xfinity cable.

There is a nice dining area within the open living room area with additional seating around the breakfast bar, so plenty of room for all to gather around to enjoy meals together. Our kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, glassware, cutlery, coffee maker, and toaster.

Don't want to bring linens, bath towels, or beach towels? No worries–we have plenty of them available for your use at no additional charge.

We have two assigned parking spots with one being the best location in the building (leave your beach "stuff" in trunk and grab as needed). There are just a few steps up from your car to the first level so no need for the elevator or significant stair climbing if you are able. There is an elevator from the garage for those unable to walk the steps. (Please note: the parking lots and garages are being worked on Fall 2023 through Spring 2023. Through the end of May 2023, there will be no assigned parking at the building; guests will need to find parking on 46th or 45th street.)

A very nice guarded (in season) beach just a few steps from the front door (no streets to cross) plus there is an outdoor shower.

We rent only to families--minimum rental age is 25. (Sorry, we do not make exceptions for senior week guests or other groups.)

Weekly rentals only in June, July, and August.
