An affordable family vacation is waiting for your family! Just steps to Lake Missaukee, this completely updated 2 bedroom,1 bathroom home will offer years of "up north" memory making with your family and friends. The home offers lots of sleeping space for everyone, closets , a large shower and double vanity in bathroom and lots of space to lounge both inside and outside!.
You'll have access to a clean private, shared sandy beach area just steps away, where you will find chairs on the beach, but also a wagon at the cottage for your belongings, an umbrella, additional chairs and beach towels for your use. There are some stairs down to the beach, with a landing area halfway down.
With ample parking spaces, this conveniently located cottage is about a 10 minute walk to closest gas station, and a 5 minute drive to a local grocery store. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including, cookware, utensils, blender, pantry items coffee maker(traditional or icup). Or, if you prefer, there is a grill in backyard, along with a firepit, perfect for hamburgers, hotdogs, and smores! At the end of your day, snuggle up by the firepit and watch the stars, play a game of cornhole or have a movie or game night in the full basement, where you'll find board games, card games, a smart tv and dvd's. We have a fenced in backyard area for your pet friend if you bring them along, (pet fee charged), we just ask you clean up after it at the end of your stay.
