On the water, 35' DOCK SPACE! CENTER OF NAPLES! Access to Sebago and Long Lakes

Spacious 1,500 square ft on the lake. The living space is on the second floor of a large house, overlooking the lake. The Master Queen bedroom has its own private bathroom. The two other bedrooms on the main floor have queen beds also.. The kitchen (with quartz countertops), the dining room and living area are all open to each other for open living concept. 35' dock slip for a boat is on the property giving access to both Sebago lake and Long lake. Finally, the deck is just off the living and dining area overlooking two Marinas and Brandy Pond.

Some of the amenities include WI-FI, a 65” TV, air conditioning, and one on-site parking space that is assigned with more free parking available on the main street.

This was a wonderful property. The lake view was awesome. Amenities at the property were well though out. It was a very pleasant experience. The waterfront and dock access was perfect with a little beach for sun bathing. Everthing you needed was close by and within walking distance, e.g. restaurant, grocery, pharmacy, walking paths along Long lake. The Owner was so accommodating, easy to get a hold of, responded quickly, and just a super nice person. It was an amazing retreat. Thanks Tim

Great area

Property conveniently located near Naples center. Property owner very accommodating with good communication as needed throughout the week. Looking forward to returning next year for vacation.

Wonderful stay!

This property was everything we had hoped for. The owner was friendly, extremely accommodating and responsive. The place is beautifully maintained with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for a family wedding a mile and a half away. We will definitely look forward to our next visit!

One of the Best Rentals Available on the Lake

We LOVED this condo! Tim was the most gracious host we've ever met and the condo far exceeded our expectations. We were able to check in early and Tim called the day before to inquire about anything we might need ahead of time. The location is in walking distance of everything you need, having access to the dock was so convenient and the VIEW.....watching the boats go by in the channel was relaxing. The condo itself had everything you need and if not, Tim would get it for you :) Fully stocked, clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful Labor Day weekend.

Perfect lakeside home.

Thank you very much. You have a perfect facility for our family get together. You have done a very nice job on the interior and exterior. The two story home was very clean and neat. You thought of everything for your guests. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the 3 bathrooms. There was a welcome basket with a ball, detergents, Hershey Bars, and other useful items for our stay. Nice touch. Also you had some fun items: a canoe, paddles, PFD’s, and even fishing poles with tackle! We loved lounging on the deck for morning coffee, sitting in the Adirondack chairs, and swimming in the crystal clear lake.. We have rented many places and this ranks as one of the best. We would be glad to recommend it to any one! Again, thank you very much! Bob Masek and family.

Maine Vacation 2022

Tim was fantastic! He was so eager to please and went over and above whenever he could . Tim bought a luxury beach chair for us when we wished we had brought another one from home . Thank you Tim. It was a relaxing and wonderful vacation.

Great Maine Vacation

This house was a perfect jumping off spot to explore the lakes region and jump over to the coast for the day. Particularly excellent if you have a boat or like to fish. Comfortable beds and a great host! Thanks Timothy!

great location - we were lucky to find this open. It is right on the causeway and also on Brandy

The property is very well maintained. The guest book gives you any instruction you need and Tim was always responsive. My boys and i enjoyed the ease of the location and access to the lake. Great find.

Beautiful!

Love the view of both Long Lake and Brandy Pond from the kitchen and dining room. The boat slip is perfectly located, and the house is well-equipped and very quiet. Tim was a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend this property. We had a perfect week.

Location, Location, Location - Comfort and Convenience!

We enjoyed a week at the condo in July 2021. The location is right where you want to be in Naples with lakefront access, a sandy beach and only 2-3 minute walk to the causeway bridge and downtown restaurants and shops. As an added bonus, we were able to take our 22' yamaha jetboat with the slip that was included with the rental! The condo is modern, clean and well furnished. The open concept living room and kitchen is great for gathering and the outside deck has a beautiful view overlooking the cottages and Brandy Pond! The owner takes pride in the presentation of this property. We would return, highly recommended!
