Just a short walk from your door, you’ll find a welcoming shared space by the water, complete with a dock and gazebo sitting area where guests gather to enjoy the view. Spend time together on the sandy beach, take turns using the canoes and kayak, or let the kids play on the large floating dock. Life vests in various sizes are available for everyone in the small gray shed in between Sunset on the Lake (Camp 1) and Serenity on the Lake (Loft).

Dogs are welcome but must be leashed when other guests are present. A pet fee will be charged.

You may have the opportunity to meet members of our family at the beach, as we also enjoy spending time by the water. Come experience a classic Maine lakeside camp stay where you can relax, recharge, and create lasting family memories in a peaceful, welcoming setting. Bring your favorite beach towel and enjoy your stay!

Beautiful family friendly stay

What a beautiful spot. Swimming was amazing. Kayaks and canoe were a treat. The fact that it was dog friendly was the cherry on top. Hosts were super friendly.

Great Location

Property was just as described clean and fully equipped. Beautiful sunset view every night. Great for our dogs as well.

This is a fantastic property. The accommodations are very well taken care of, clean, no odors, and comfortable. Enjoy the sound of the loons at night and the easy walk down to the lake. The landlord is responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the canoes, docks, plentiful seating area to read a book and watch the lake, and large grassy area for games during our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing Maine getaway, give these camps a try!

Great location, great place.

The property was very clean and well-appointed with everything you might need. Hosts were very welcoming. Location on Messalonskee Lake was perfect for mixing lake activities like fishing and swimming with lawn activities. Between grilling, morning coffee, and just relaxing, the covered porch got a workout. Pet friendly was a real perk.

Nice long weekend on Messalonskee near NEMC

Ideal location (10min drive) for our long weekend stay near the New England Music Camp. Complete amenities for relaxing by the lake and preparing simple meals. Pet friendly policies made this the ideal choice for everyone in our friends and family. Some may find accessing the loft through the garage and laundry a bit industrial, but the loft itself is a clean, bright, and a comfortable space.

Serenity by the lake

The loft is adorable inside and we did enjoy our stay by the lake, it was very relaxing although we did not spend as much time there as we hoped. It was very close to family which we loved. Not having internet was a problem because we had some work and school assignments to complete. We found the owners to be very friendly and responsive. We would stay there again! Thank you Doug and Jennifer!!

Beautiful lake

This property is great for families. The property is shared with 3 other camps. Little privacy but other renters were friendly. Steep hills to walk up from the beach area. Steep stairs to walk up to the loft. Other renters are able to use the downstairs washer and dryer so lots of early morning wake up from other campers noise. The owners are extremely nice and accomodating. Friendly campers offered us fried dough on our first night. Another camper offered us a beautiful sunset cruise on the pontoon boat. The lake water and beach area are very clean and beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much! Julie

Just to clarify for other campers, the property is shared with 3 camps in total and the waterfront area is 400' with over 100' of dock for all. Thanks for staying with us and we will certainly consider "laundry" hours for better early/late privacy in the garage. Have a great and healthy year! Hills in Maine are part of Lake life. For others 100 feet walk to water and elevation changes about 30 feet. Doug

We’re sorry we didn’t have two queen beds. Under bedroom description it did say one queen and one double. We still hope you enjoyed your site seeing.

Tucked along the quiet southwestern side of Snow Pond, this property sits at the widest part of the lake, offering peaceful mornings and stunning sunset views over the water. Here, the shallower waters warm up beautifully in the summer, making it perfect for long, relaxing swim days.

A large sandy beach invites kids to play and build sandcastles while the gentle, shallow waters near the dock offer a safe, fun place for little ones to splash and swim. Directly across the water, the Belgrade Stream offers some of the best fishing in all of Maine, with record-setting catches and peaceful early morning outings for those eager to cast a line.
