This is our 3rd time staying and the hospitality continues to top the previous stay. There's nothing like seeing the sunrise and set with the sound of the waves breaking while sitting on the balcony.

An absolute gem and a 10 all the way. Before and during our short stay, I had pleasant interactions with Scott, who was always helpful. Sometimes when you rent a beach place, you end up with thrift store cookware and rusty, broken beach chairs—but not here. Everything we needed was in good condition and available. The view exceeded the photos. Look closely at the photos and notice how huge the balcony is. The king beds were super comfortable, and the girls shared the same size room and bed as ours. That really mattered, since both are adults sharing a king rather than sleeping on bunk beds. We are already considering next year.

This is a great place for families, we loved our stay! Scott was incredibly responsive and helpful, he made sure the unit had everything we needed and even months prior would respond within minutes to questions I had. We were traveling with an 11 month old and 8 year old and would definitely return again. You cannot beat the views!

Scott & Julie were perfect hosts! They provided a personal cell number for any occurrence that may arise during our reservation. Very clean rooms and appliances. The only thing I would recommend is bringing a fan for the bedrooms. They had no ceiling fans. It took us a couple of days to get the condo cooled off but the weather was extremely hot that week (July). Highly recommend this condo for families. It was just my daughter and I but we wanted the luxury of our own room and bathroom. They provide added things such as games and beach accessories, pillows and blankets. The view from the balcony was perfect. Balcony can be accessed from both bedrooms and living room. We enjoyed the pools, beach, and shopping! Thanks for being the perfect host!

Couldn’t ask for anything better!!

My husband and I took my daughter and her boyfriend and his 3 year old daughter to the beach. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I haven’t experienced anything better, truly a blessing to have found the perfect place for our family. My husband and I have been going to this resort since 2019 at least once a year. We got engaged here and then went back to get married there. We have been spoiled. I don’t think we will ever go back if we can’t get this same place again!!

Relaxing

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pools. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice sized. We appreciated the boogie boards and chairs which we used daily. Overall, we were impressed by the amenities provided in the condo and the ease of the booking. We would book again.

Amazing Views

We had a spectacular stay. The view was amazing, location of property is excellent, Scott the host was fantastic. We have stayed at this resort before and will be return next time we’re in the area. As our first trip in Myrtle Beach, we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property in North Myrtle Beach. We have 2 kids, age 8 and 15, and there was plenty to do for kids and adults. The beach here is not full of shells like the public beaches we visited nearby and the resort pools & beaches are super easy to access from anywhere on the property. Parking was a breeze in the garage across the street from the tower and the condo itself was quiet and peaceful. Plentiful elevators to get you wherever you want to go fairly quickly. There are safety locks on each door to prevent little hands from getting on the balcony unsupervised which was a huge thing for us. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for beach adventures. There are multiple chairs, a cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, etc - but also a college student renting chairs and umbrellas on the resort's beach if you don't want to carry everything down. There are no canopies allowed over the summer, so the ocean is pretty visible from any spot. Nearby restaurants and activities are not super crowded like the boardwalk area is. Instructions for facilities and amenities were well communicated and response time was quick for any questions we had. Tiki bar is convenient from all of the pools or beach within just a short walk.

Senior trip to Myrtle Beach

My wife and I brought my daughter and her friends to Myrtle Beach this week for their senior trip for graduating high school. My wife, son and I stayed in L’Attitude Adjustment and it was better than advertised. The views were amazing and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach gear. We will definitely be back.

Excellent getaway

We loved latitude adjustment! We typically go to the Gulf of America every year. This condo and balcony view is a top contender with most of those. Scott was excellent to work with also. We will definitely book again.

Gorgeous Views

Very clean; just high enough to enjoy the full ocean view but still hear the waves, close to anything you need or want but also nice and quiet; very relaxing and peaceful which is just what we were looking for.

Fantastic View and great location

Host is very attentive and helpful. This was perfect for two couples for a long weekend beach getaway. Comfortable, clean, beachfront and close to lots of restaurants and shopping, etc. Great place!

Amazing Property

This property is everything the description says & more. The unobstructed view of the ocean is amazing. The host Scott was great to work with & checked in on us multiple times to see how things were going. I will stay here the next time my family visits Myrtle Beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely clean condo

Scott, the owner, had wonderful communication with us from the get go before, during and after the stay. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the view was unmatched. We loved every second of our stay and will definitely book again.

Beautiful condo and views!!

The condo is immaculate, and the decor is beautiful!! The owners, Scott and Julie, were both wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had trouble setting our personal code on the door lock when we got there (totally our fault), and Scott was on the phone immediately with my husband and walked him through setting up this up. The beds were so comfortable with access to the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. The views from the balcony were stunning!! We have stayed in many condos in Myrtle Beach, Florida and the Outer Banks, and this is by far the cleanest, most well kept condo we have ever stayed in, and the owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!! We will DEFINITELY stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Perfect view, clean and updated unit

My family and I had a great time at this unit. We were wowed by the huge extended balcony and our amazing view of the ocean. The tiki bar and numerous pools at the resort made it easy to stay and play all day with our young children. The host was extremely responsive from the time I booked through checkout. The games and books in the cabinet were a huge bonus for us since those things take up lots of room in the luggage!

Perfect Getaway

Scott was an amazing host who checked in with us during the stay. The property was well maintained and the condo was amazing. We enjoyed the spectacular view from a very private balcony directly on the ocean. I would stay here year after year.

Beautiful condo

The condo was just as described, if not more beautiful. The condo was clean and Scott was available for any questions that arose during our stay. We have stayed at Seawatch for many years but this unit was one of the nicest with the best view that we have had. We would love to stay here again should the dates work out!

Million dollar views!

The views of the sunrises and sunsets were priceless! Having morning coffee on the oversized, private balcony was wonderful! The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly!

Wonderful condo and location!!

We loved this condo! The location, ease of the check in process, and communication with the owners was super easy. They responded to any questions I had very quickly. The condo was clean, and even had boogie boards and chairs we could use. We will definitely stay here again :)

After graduating from Penn State, I took a job in Northern Virginia and spent the past 30 years working as a strength and conditioning coach in the NFL/MLB while also developing human performance optimization systems for the warfighter/special forces/SWAT. Our family recently relocated to Myrtle Beach, SC to be closer to the ocean and all that Myrtle Beach has to offer! We finally made the decision to "Live Now", as we know we are not guaranteed a "tomorrow".

Simply put, we chose to purchase our condo at SeaWatch Resort in Myrtle Beach because of the vast array of amenities and offerings to indulge just about anyone. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean from either of the king size beds or balcony is nothing less than spectacular! 7 swimming pools, 10 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, and 1 vast ocean! The Wyndham property management team that does an amazing job maintaining the resort property. And lastly, the "05" stack in the South Tower are the only units at SeaWatch with a FULL OCEANFRONT unit featuring unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean! We have not regretted the decision for one second!

Our property is unique in that it is only 1 of 14 units that are FULL OCEANFRONT with completely unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you look at the Resort Map in our listing pictures, you will see our precise location on the property. Out of several hundred units in the North and South Tower at SeaWatch Resort in Myrtle Beach, we are one of the only units that you cannot see another balcony or condo looking in ANY direction!!!
