Our unit is oceanfront on the 3rd floor of the North Tower and is the only 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor.

You can shop to your heart's content at the Tanger outlet mall within a mile; visit Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing or simply stay at the Resort with its many amenities and daily activities. Float in the lazy rivers, enjoy a swim in one of the large outdoor pools, relax in one of the ten pool side heated Jacuzzis or just lounge pool side with the Tiki-Bar waiting to serve your favorite cold beverage. Having worked up an appetite you can head to the Captain Cove's on-site restaurant for a delicious meal while taking in the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. You can also visit the many nearby restaurants lining Restaurant Row within just a few minutes’ drive.

Even when the sun goes down, the night life heats up at the beach. Visit popular Celebrity Square at Broadway at the Beach with such clubs as Crocodile Rocks Piano Bar, Revolutions, Malibu's Surf Bar, Senior Frogs, Fat Tuesday's and more. You can also visit Club Kryptonite, House of Blues, or Club 3001 a dance club with three dance floors and a live band just one mile away from the resort.

The MASTER BEDROOM boasts a large king-sized bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, private bathroom and its own oceanfront balcony. Kids or adults will enjoy the large, SECOND BEDROOM with two double beds and a 40" flat screen TV and DVD player. The THIRD BEDROOM is furnished with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. In addition, the living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed enabling the unit to sleep up to 10 people.

KITCHEN: The large fully equipped kitchen (pots/pans, silverware, utensils, plates/bowls & cups, etc.) includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Flex Brew coffee maker (Keurig AND full pot), slow cooker, toaster and a blender for your frozen tropical drinks!

The pictures advertised were updated in August 2022. As you can see, we strive to keep the unit up-to-date.

PERFECT LOCATION: Our unit location on the 3rd floor will keep you from waiting for an elevator! The stairs are right beside our unit for a quick trip to the beach or pool, just 2 floors down... The parking garage is 3 levels high so you can walk right the unit and never have to wait in line for the elevators!

PROPERTY AMENITIES: Enjoy hours of fun in any of the 6 pools (2 indoor), 10 hot tubs (2 indoor), the 2 lazy rivers or the fire pit!! The indoor pools are heated year-round and the lazy river and outdoor pools are also heated in the winter for year-round enjoyment!!! Sea Watch also has DAILY ACTIVITIES available that range from day trips & golf outings, daily turtle races or arts & crafts projects to water aerobics. The activities change weekly and there are activities for everyone to do (some activities include a fee). Also on property there is a fitness center that is available for use for a fee, on-site restaurant & ice cream parlor/coffee shop in the north tower and the popular Tiki bar by the north tower pool.

BEACHFRONT: The beach is just footsteps away whether you are interested in heading down or to watch from the balcony. There are no obstructions in your view or use of the beaches! The balcony across the front of the unit is 24 feet wide with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. And there is also a balcony off the master bedroom!!

We know that you will enjoy your Sea Watch vacation whether you're relaxing on the beach or experiencing the numerous activities that both Myrtle Beach and Sea Watch have to offer. The host answered quickly and was very friendly and helpful. The condo was in a great spot. You can park on the upper level of the garage and walk strait on the level of the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking equipment you will need. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and the closets had lots of hangers. We will be renting this condo again!!

Great location and host

The condo is in a perfect location and nothing can beat the ocean view and breeze through the balcony doors. Michele was an excellent host - very thorough and responsive when any needs arose. The condo is spacious, extremely well-stocked, and very accessible to the beach and pools.

Michelle, We really enjoyed staying at your condo. I noticed all the improvements you have made to the unit. I t was very clean and comfortable. thank you. The pools though were not maintained well at all. They actually had scum floating on top of them. I even went to other pools and the same issue was with them all. So we could not ultilize the pools because we felt them to be too dirty. That was very disappointing as you can imagine in the hot weather.

Great condo for our family vacation!!

Just read the previous review, so don't want to repeat, and wholeheartedly agree. We are a combined family of 9, 80's down to teens, that enjoyed our vacation in this condo. Since my elderly mom went along with us, we cooked quite a bit. Have to say that the owners have provided quality cookware! The kitchen was well-stocked....even trash bags, coffee liners, dishwasher tabs,etc, so you didn't have to immediately run out to buy those items. The pillow top mattresses!....were heavenly! Some of the "little" touches made it easy, like the little basket on the kitchen countertop with the wristbands for the pool, the teddybear with trash key....all in a convenient and accessable place to pick up and drop off. The front balcony had a beautiful view and was large enough for all of us, yet if we just wanted to have some privacy, the little side balcony off the master bedroom was a nice little haven. The owners are very easy to work with. We had a BLAST and will definitely come back again! THANK YOU!!

Your stay can be relaxing or on the go!

First of all, I want to thank and commend Michelle not only for her hospitality, but also her attention to detail from the moment we booked until the end of our week. We’ve booked vacations through VRBO before, and have never had a more kind and honest host. She answered every text immediately, and when we had issues with the microwave, she sent a technician promptly and it was replaced the next day. This was our first time at Myrtle Beach. The condo is as described, both the interior and proximity to ocean, pool and things to do. The patio is beautiful and is a wonderful relaxing place after a day on the beach or on the town. The condo is wonderfully located so as not to have to wait for an elevator at the busy resort…we could walk right down the stairs to the pool, or just out to the 3rd floor parking area. Two recommendations for those booking…bring towels for the beach as the condo towels are exclusive to 314 and not meant to be mixed in with the rest of the resort towels…best to just use 314 towels for showers and such. And, if traveling with a large family that plans to cook for the week, be aware that there is not a whole lot of space for a week’s worth of groceries. This is not a negative as much as a note that Michelle is so thorough on everything she provides, that those things take up all of the cupboard space so what doesn’t fit in the refrigerator has no home except the counter. :) high recommend Seawatch 314. We had a great week.

Great condo!

No check in line and very easy to unload our vehicle. The condo was super clean and the owner is so friendly and caring. We had 4 teenage girls with us and they especially liked that there was a Starbucks right below us! We would definitely stay there again!

Best unit EVER!!!

Honesty, we couldn’t have possibly had a better experience at 314 Seawatch!!! From step one, Michele was like a trip angel!!! So extremely helpful and super kind!!! On our arrival, she checked in on us to make sure everything was good, and offered help with ANYTHING you wanted to do. The unit, AMAZING!!!!! Views, spectacular!!! So comfortable and spacious!!! Best vacation we have had in years!!!!! I would highly recommend anyone take their family or friends to Michele and Dave’s place. We will DEFINITELY be back next year. In fact, looking at dates already, because we don’t want to stay anywhere else again!!!!! Thank you Michele, for the best vacation ever!!!!

Beautiful condo, Perfect location!

We rented Michele & Dave’s condo for our annual family vacation. This was our first time at Seawatch Plantation. This part of Myrtle Beach is great! Secluded from the main road and traffic and right on a nice, clean, wide & flat beach. The condo is exactly as in the photos and there was plenty of space for our family. We chose this condo due the location in the North Tower as we wanted an oceanfront view, as well as, the view up the coast as offered from the master balcony. This condo is also perfectly located on the 3rd floor so no stairs from the car to the condo which was a plus for unloading the car. There is also a stairway right next door to the condo which takes you to the onsite restaurant and the pool deck. We loved having the umbrella and chairs waiting for us every day on the beach also! Michele was great and worked with us at all times during our trip. We highly recommend renting Seawatch #314!!!

Clean, spacious, and fun!

We’ve just finished a great week at Myrtle Beach in this condo. The condo itself is very neat and clean, well appointed and comfortable. The view of the ocean is gorgeous and the balcony is a straight view of the ocean. A couple of things to note: there’s only one bathtub and it is in the master bathroom (the other two bedrooms have walk in shower stalls). We also found that the master bedroom and double bed bedrooms were somewhat warmer than the rest of the condo. Not a deal breaker by any means, but if you like it very cool, then I’d suggest a fan. The ensuite laundry room was a great amenity and we appreciate the homeowner supplying linens for the stay. The resort itself is also a lot of fun. My kids really enjoyed all of the pools, lazy rivers, and activities. It’s a fun atmosphere for sure. We really enjoyed the pool DJ. It’s a short walk to the beach and the owner graciously has rented a set of beach chairs and an umbrella each day during certain portions of the year. It was great not having to worry about hauling chairs and umbrellas to the beach each day. The location is also great. It’s about a mile from the Apache Pier with fishing. It’s between Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, very close to a shopping center (Wal-Mart), and the Tanger Outlets, as well as a mall. It’s really in a great place to enjoy all the fun things that make Myrtle Beach a fun place for families. Overall, we had a great week and would very highly recommend this condo for anyone that’s looking! The owner is fantastic and very helpful and easy to work with as well. Location Locatin Location!!

Had a great time at unit 314 in Sea Watch! The unit itself was very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. It was set up with all needed items in the kitchen & bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable & the linens were clean & of good quality. The best part was the great ocean view from the balconies and being on the 3rd floor made trips to the pools, beach & the car hassle free and quick. The resort itself was fantastic & there was plenty to do! There were activities every day or you could relax by the pools. In the North Tower there is a restaurant and bar by the pool which we used both. The resort is in a quieter residential area, so not a lot of traffic or noise yet only a few minutes from great restaurants, shopping and Barefoot Landing. 5 stars from the Montgomery's! We will be back... Thank you Michele & Dave for sharing your place with our family!

Met and Exceeded All Our Expectations!

We cannot say enough good things about this unit! Owners were extremely courteous throughout the entire rental process and we were very appreciative that they took the time to let us know that the cleaning crew (who did an EXCEPTIONAL job!) had finished early and the unit was ready to be occupied before the 3:00 p.m. check-in. Furnishings were more than adequate. Great ocean views on the front balcony; not so great from the master bedroom balcony - it overlooks the trailer park. The only minor concern we experienced was the spotty WiFi. Also: if you have your own beach umbrella and chair, BRING THEM! The lifeguards charge $25.00/day for setting up and taking down one umbrella and two chairs and they will not allow it to be on a day-to-day basis. You have to pay for the entire week up-front. But that's not the owners fault. Should we decide to return to Myrtle Beach and need a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom unit we will most definitely consider Michele and Dave. Thanks!

Wonderful!

We all had a gre at time at Sea watch plantation! Our.condo was great. Had everything we needed. The view from our 3rd floor balcony was.awesome!! And large enough for the 7 of us to enjoy. The 2nd and 3rd.bath showers were a little small, but not enough to put a.dsmper.on things. The owners were great..calling to make sure everything was ok. Thanks again for letting us rent your condo.

We have stayed at the Sea Watch several times, but this was the best unit we have ever rented. From the moment we arrived, the condo felt like home. The location on the third floor was the best! We were able to park in the third-floor parking garage and unload on the level of our condo. We never had to use an elevator; there was a staircase right beside our room, giving us easy access to the beach and to the pool. The view from the balcony was breathtaking; we were able to see the sunrise from the master bedroom balcony and from the front balcony as well. The pizza and wings from the pizza shop in the South Tower were delicious and it was nice to go there the night we arrived since everyone was tired from the drive from Pennsylvania. The property was well-kept and the pool areas were recently renovated. There were daily optional activities for a small fee; our daughter and her friend enjoyed painting canvases and making candles. The property is conveniently located in a quiet and secluded area within walking distance of the fishing pier and the Arcadian Shores/lake area. Both Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are a fifteen-minute drive. The outlets, multiple restaurants, and Walmart are close by. The unit was clean and welcoming. There were many updates like new carpet, new TVs, great lighting, an updated washer and dryer, and plenty of charging stations for electronics. The umbrella and the two chairs on the beach were convenient to have. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. There were only a few suggestions that I would make. Anytime we have stayed at the Sea Watch, cooling the unit evenly has been a challenge. Some areas are cold, while others are quite warm. It was challenging to keep everyone comfortable, especially at night. While the master bathroom shower was spacious, the other two showers were quite small. And finally, the queen sleeper mattress was not suitable for an adult. A child could have slept on it comfortably. Michele was easily accessible and very responsive to us before and during our stay. It is obvious that she takes great pride in her property. I would highly recommend this unit.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time on this vacation. The weather was absolutely perfect, the beach relaxing and I really liked working with this owner. This was our second time staying at this condo and I highly recommend the Seawatch Plantation. Nice location in North Myrtle Beach!!!

Another great stay !!

We love this condo! Parking is easy, well-stocked kitchen & great rooms. Clean and so nice. Views are incredible, too! SeaWatch has a lot of amenities and this is the perfect spot within the resort. Owners are so easy to deal with & very responsive. Washer & dryer is convenient to have. We have stayed before & will stay again!!! Thanks for sharing your second home with us.

Family Vacation - 3 generations

Condo exceeded our expectations, and the recent upgrades were evident. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms , as advertised all offered Televisions and had sufficient and comfortable beds to handle all three generations . Terrific and large balcony with great view of the Beach and upon occasion the Dolphins kept us entertained . The family loved the Lazy River, Pools, and the Hot Tubs. We will certainly be back . A great setting for our Holiday Vacation .

Family Getaway! Amazing Vacation!

Absolutely wonderful time!! We couldn't of had a better trip! We're already wanting to go back!! The condo is beautiful, rooms/furniture are up to date, it was close to everything in town, had more than enough room for the 6 of us, so close to the ocean....it really felt like paradise. The view was just breathtaking, especially during sun rise! My brother even proposed to his girlfriend there and he couldn't of had a more perfect spot to do it!! This was a trip we'll never forget and are definitely looking forward too coming back. Michele was extremely generous & helpful! Thanks for everything!!

Sea Watch Resort is filled with some of the best amenities in Myrtle Beach and has a great family atmosphere with plenty of activities from pools to daily group or off site activities!!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Centrally located near shopping, Restaurant Row, many golf courses and so much more!! Also the complex is close to highway bypass @ 22 (within approx. 1 mile). There is plenty of things to do throughout Myrtle Beach, so why not be in the center of it all!!!!
