An electricity allowance of 8 kWh per day; any excess will be charged based on the meter reading and the current kWh rate,

Heating for business bookings (flat rate of €12/day),
Electricity beyond 8 kWh per day,

End-of-stay cleaning fee (mandatory for business bookings): €60,
Air conditioning: flat rate of €10 per day,
