This penthouse corner unit condo has a wraparound deck with views of the ocean and pool. This 2 bedroom unit is fully furnished, has a new in unit washer & dryer and large dining table with 8 chairs. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and a TV. Second bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. Perfect for a family with children. Unit also has a telescope for star gazing. Condo has 2 communal heated pools, tennis court, game room and car wash.

We had a wonderful stay and loved our corner unit….the views were fabulous! Had everything we needed and more! Great pickleball courts and a choice of two pools!

My husband and I had a delightful stay at this ocean front penthouse condo. Communication with the owner and property manager could not have been better or more enjoyable. The condo was well furnished and perfect for my husband and me. Lyn met us when we arrived and showed us the property as well as the contents and how to use them. He also was readily available for questions during our stay. The balcony was so inviting we didn’t want to leave it at the end of each day. We will be back sooner rather than later if at all possible!

Great Place

Had a great 2 weeks at the condo. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was our first VRBO experience and the owners made it a great one as they were very easy to work with and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful View and Well Appointed

The view was beautiful at sunrise and sunset. So many extras provided for cooking and fun at the beach. Lynn met us at the condo to help us get in and touched base with us during our visit to make sure all was well. Couldn't have asked for a better set up!

Wonderful place for our holidays

We (Family with two kids) stay for 3 weeks and had the best time. The Appartment was perfect for us. We had everthing we needed. The Appartement was clean, comfortable and placed with the perfect view on the Beach. We enjoy the Swimmingpool, the Beach and the Tennis Court. On our last morning we saw the little turtle babys leaving their nest. It was so cute.

Shell Yeah!

This condo is a lovely stay! It has all the comforts of home and adds all the benefits of a beach front get-a-way. Walk around the end of the building and your toes are in the sand. The condo was exceptionally well stocked and the owner was very responsive to our calls. The beach is lovely and great for shelling. I already miss thesound of the waves! We plan to return.

Beauty and Comfort in the Penthouse!

My sister, and my husband and I stayed in this penthouse condo through the month of April! We enjoyed every minute ! Everything you think you could need was provided.....over and above. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. People at the Atlantis were overly friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was awesome! I highly recommend this to anyone. It's a great stay.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo on Hutchinson Island! The views from the penthouse corner unit wraparound balcony are spectacular. You can see and hear the ocean so clearly as it's right there in your backyard ,and we watched the sunset every morning from the balcony. You can also see the Indian river and watch the sunset every night from the side part of the balcony as well. We even saw a night launch over the ocean from Cape Canaveral. The condo is a nice size two bedroom two bath, with a clear view of the ocean, right from your bed in the master bedroom. This was such a wonderful way to wake up every day , seeing and hearing the soothing ocean. This place has everything you will need and then some. The kitchen, the bathrooms and the whole apartment were fully supplied with more items than we have in our house . We have rented many places over the last decade and have never found a place as fully supplied with practical items before . They even have sunscreen for you, along with paper towels , TP , hair dryer , flat iron, and every first aid item and cosmetic item you could possibly need . They have towels galore - and even exercise mats. The two heated pools were wonderful and they were great for swimming laps, socializing with other residents/guests, and just relaxing while seeing and hearing the ocean.Bill and Lynn were excellent hosts and provided invaluable assistance with everything we wanted or needed and more. TOP OF THE LINE!!!

Summer Getaway

The condo felt like home away from home. We enjoyed the balcony and it’s amazing views. You can see dolphins daily in the ocean from while sitting on the balcony. We also watched a sea turtle come ashore to lay her eggs. The beach is not crowded so that was a perk for us.The unit is well stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, etc. The owners are very pleasant and will make sure you are happy with your stay. We hope to visit again soon!

Renting a beach front makes all the difference in the world.Waking up to the sunrise over the beach just starts your day on the right note.The unit is supplied with everything you could need. The sunsets over the river just adds to the experience. Even if the weather isn't co-operating, the view of the beach and ocean from the comfort of the condo is mesmerizing. Fantastic location.

Had a great stay at this condo. Upon arrival, was greeted by an owner and given everything we needed to settle in - even helped us unload. Condo was clean, and all the amenities we needed were supplied. Could have reduced our typical packing had we known this condo was fully stocked. Nice, clean pools, all the beach amenities we needed, a simple free car was included to rinse off the salt every day or so. Newer washer/dryer. Everything worked well and we sure enjoyed the big balcony with the 270 degree views.Loved watching all the ships go by, including freighters and many cruise ships nightly. Had good beach days, with some nice shelling. We were there in December - usually had the beach almost to ourselves, along with the pool. Awesome location on the island, away from most of the traffic. Plenty to do and see in the area, as well as a variety of great restaurants.

A great place to stay

The condo was well equipped, great location on ocean side with easy access to the water. The wrap around balcony was a great place to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset - got some awesome pictures of them. We’ll definitely stay again!

Wonderful

The corner unit provided us with beautiful views of the ocean in every direction. Lynn met us at our car and helped us carry in all we had packed for the month. His home was well stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies etc. if we ever had the opportunity to rent this property again, we would certainly do so. We were also able to stay two extra days free of charge. Thank you to the Navares.

Very positive rental experience

This condo is the top floor and provides great views. While the unit could use some new updates, the price per might is about 2/3 less than hotels in the area and 1/3 cheaper than most rentals in the same building. So what if the carpet isn't new tile? The AC works well and the washer and dryer were great for towels and suits on site. Parking was easy. 2 pools were good, and each pool has it's own personality of people. Location of unit is perfect for grocery store and restaurants on island. Walk or drive, it's a wonderful island and a favorite of ours. We would stay agin but the unit is already booked for 2023 winter. And yes, the salt spray corrodes all metal. It is why we rent and aren't the owners. The price, location and size of this unit are stellar. Lynn is the perfect host. Beach chairs, swim towels fishing gear we've never stayed anywhere with such a well stocked supply of extras. We left a new pair of shoes ourselves for the next family. Water pressure perfect. Never ran out of hot water! Every pot needed for cooking. 2 adults 2 college students had no issues. 2 adults stayed for 2 months. Left a few days early as our daughter back home had an ER trip we were needed to help with her recovery, but otherwise we give it a 5 star recommendation with all above comments. Check all prices elsewhere and then take another look at this large unit.

Penthouse Atlantis Building B, Jensen Beach

Overall, the location is perfect. Unfortunately, very little maintenance has occurred. The patio door screens did not close properly and the door from the patio to the master bedroom did not operate and the exterior was nearly rust covered. The dining room sliding window appeared to have not been opened in ages, track was rust covered. The patio furniture was in reasonably good condition. The bedroom closets had previous occupant's clothes hanging in both closets and miscellaneous items stored on the floor and shelves. The appliances appeared to be in good condition. H/AC was very loud in operation. We stayed 3 days and left the property. We talked to the Owner and his brother (contact person) and described to them why we were leaving.

Dear Jack, We appreciate your comments, have made some corrections and will take your comments under review for future upgrades. We are sorry that the condo did not meet your expectations. While the location provides exceptional ocean views and easy beach access, the exposure to the salt air results in constant maintenance and replacement issues. The H/AC noise comment is concerning as the unit was just replaced 3 months prior to your visit. We have and will continue to maintain the unit and upgrade the appliances and equipment going forward. Great Rental

I rented this property because I came to the area to work. The property owners were fantastic to work with. I brought my family down the first week I was here and they enjoyed the beach time while I was working. The property was great. I wouldn't change a thing.
