Stay with family or friends in a villa with a pool right in the heart of the Moliets Golf Course—considered one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe—and close to Chênes Lièges Beach (an 8-minute bike ride).<br><br>The house can accommodate 6 people and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.<br><br>A master suite with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a second bedroom that also has a walk-in closet, and a third bedroom with two single beds.<br><br>In the main living area of the house, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a TV (180 channels available), and a dining area.<br><br>Outside, you can enjoy the garden, which offers a superb view of the pine forest, and relax by the pool.<br><br>Garden furniture will be at your disposal (sun loungers, a large table and chairs, a plancha grill, armchairs, etc.), as well as a garage for storing bicycles.<br><br>The house is located at Club Royal Océan La Prade. A quiet residential neighborhood ideally situated between the pine forest and Chênes Lièges Beach, but most importantly, in the heart of the Moliets Golf Course (ranked among the top 10 golf courses in France).<br><br>A variety of sports activities are just a stone’s throw from the house: golf, tennis, surfing, horseback riding… for a dream vacation!<br><br>The beach and the golf course are within walking distance of the house.<br><br>Parking is available for several vehicles in front of the house.
