The chef's kitchen is designed for both function and style, featuring two full refrigerators, two ovens, two dishwashers, and ample counter and storage space for all your cooking needs. A pantry/bar area next to the kitchen offers extra storage and a convenient spot for beverage preparation. The dining area includes a long table seating 14+ guests, with additional seating for six at the breakfast bar. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating and a 75” smart TV, perfect for entertaining or relaxing with loved ones. This level also has two King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a laundry room, and a powder room for added convenience and functionality.

On the top floor, you'll find four additional bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. Included are two King suites and two double queen rooms with an accompanying daybed, each with a private bath and access to the beachfront porch. Also featured is a bunk room with custom-built XL Twin beds that comfortably sleeps four, along with an extra full bath for added convenience.

- This property does not rent to groups under 25 or host bachelor/bachelorette parties.
- For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1,000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to maintain the property's pristine condition.
