A classy condo in a convenient location.

This condo was perfect for myself and business colleagues. The ideal location was convenient for walking to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The condo was appointed perfectly to meet all our needs and those beautiful windows with the high ceilings were breathtaking!

Wonderful Waikiki Loft!

Our family truly loved our stay at Richard and Rosaline's Waikiki loft. The space was airy and comfortable, plus access to the pool and downtown area was an added plus. We were extremely lucky to find this gem of a property and would readily stay here again upon return to O'ahu.

A Real Treat

We have stayed in alot of vrbo places but this was real treat. A beautiful condo exactly where we needed to be in Honolulu near highways, restaurants , shopping and beaches. The condo was quiet and comfortable with good linens and bedding. Plenty of towels and toilet paper along with many necessities. It even had parking which was safe and convenient. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. We stayed a month and would do it again! Thank you to Richard and Rosaline for making our stay in Honolulu a real treat.

Spacious, clean and quiet. Everything possible provided.

Good communication through out, location is a short walk from all the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Food outlets and resturants close by. Highly recommend.

Live like a movie star in paradise

Absolutely breathtaking condo on a beautifully quiet street just 2-3 blocks from great restaurants and shopping, not to mention the glorious beaches of Waikiki. Parking spot is included for those with a car. Live like a rock star in this wonderful place. Owner Richard is gracious and super responsive!

Close to everything and comfortable

Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. 4 stars only because the living room furniture and rug has some wear.

Nice condo in good location.

Condo was clean & within walking distance to stores, restaurants & beaches. It could have had a few more kitchen essentials for the price. My husband water walks so the pool was great for that and seldom anyone in it. Area was quiet considering you were in Waikiki.

Perfect Place

The unit is exactly as advertised. In fact, it looks even better in person. Perfect location. Check-in was a breeze (check-out even easier). Free secure parking turns out to be a big plus in that part of town (street parking is scarce and expensive, and enforcement is strict). The owner made himself available for any questions or concerns. But we had none; seems he thought of everything we might need in advance and provided it. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation in Waikiki.

Good location

We have stayed in many different condos in Waikiki. This one is impressive - high ceilings, all appliances, wi-fi, parking, tv’s in each room, floor to ceiling windows. As I mentioned to the owner, however, some little amenities would make it even better such as: sponges & dish towels in the kitchen, hand soap for the bathrooms. The beach chairs are also on their last legs.

Excellent unit

Great place to stay. Appliance's were very good. Unit was well stocked with supplies. Only problem was leaking faucet in master bath. We could only use one sink because of severe leaking, and toward the end of stay second sink faucet developed occasional leak also. We were told part's were ordered, but had not received them yet.

Very comfortable and easy access to Waikiki

Stayed for 10 days, very comfortable and has everything required. Easy walk to everywhere in Waikiki. Good communication from owner. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

Safe and convenient

Conveniently located to just about anywhere you would want to go in the Waikiki area with most destinations within walking distance. Having a covered, gated parking area was a huge plus. The street is quiet for a city street and the building is very secure. The spacious condo was exceptionally clean and the modern kitchen was well stocked. Richard responded quickly to our texts and emails. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in prime Waikiki location. Wouldn’t mind living there!

First let me say that this place is lovely and furnished beautifully. It is also well supplied with everything you’ll need from a fully-stocked kitchen (bring your own food of course), tons of towels, and even beach gear. The location, on a quiet street just off one of Waikiki’s main thoroughfares, is close to the shops, restaurants and beaches that the neighborhood is famous for. Richard, the owner, was extremely nice, and he responded quickly the few times I called. Like when I noticed that some light were out and the ceilings were too high to change the bulbs myself! We were there for a long winter holiday and it really felt like a home away from home. I didn’t want to leave.

Tastefully decorated, amazing high ceilings, great location

We (4 adults 1 toddler) stayed here in November 2017 for 4 nights, and it was just what we needed. Richard was at the lobby waiting for us when we arrived, and he responded very quickly when we needed his assistance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and in a great location - close enough to everything but tucked away on a quiet street. My dad is wheelchair bound and found the bathrooms a little bit of a tight fit, but that wasn’t much of a problem as he can walk a little. All in all, we had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful condo and perfect location

It was absolutely beautiful!! The location was ideal. The owner was very nice and answered all of my questions. I will stay here again. Kitchen was beautiful and top of the line appliances.

Quiet & comfortable, walking distance to shops, dining, and beach!

After a 14-hour delay, we were happy to get into the room at 2am. The lock box & access were safe, secure, & efficient! The condo was extremely clean, easily navigated, and we were able to get to sleep quickly! We didn’t do any cooking as we were visiting friends & sightseeing most days. The appliances are high end. The washer & dryer were easy to run. I used the pool & spa the day before our departure. Overall, I would stay here again, in a heart beat! On a side note, the magnifying make-up mirror in the master bath was one of my favorite touches!!

Beautiful rental in perfect location

The photos do not do this place justice. The incredibly high ceilings exude luxury, and all the appliances and fixtures are updated. The layout was perfect for us because each bedroom had its own bathroom and was on either side of the kitchen, so there was privacy. There was even a door that closed off the first bedroom/bath/laundry room wing. It was very clean and comfortable- the A/C quickly cooled us off within minutes of turning it on. Although it's in Waikiki, it's located on a side street and tucked away so it's very quiet and tranquil. We were within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants so we didn't have to use our car much. The building is highly secured, and there is covered parking. Richard was great and such a gracious host. He responded immediately to texts and took action when we encountered a problem with the vent. There was plenty of toilet paper, and I especially appreciated the filtered water. I definitely would stay here again!

Excellent Vacation

We had 4 adults and a 1 year old and we found the condo to be clean and spacious enough for the little one to roam around. He loved to play out on the lanai and look for buses!!! We had a company deliver a crib and high chair and Richard was very accommodating in having that setup before we arrived. Richard was very friendly and met us out front to show us where the parking spot was and how to get in and out of the facility. It really is in a ideal location on a safe little street. Close to all the action but not too close so as to be too loud or too crowded. Beach is a 15 min walk but plenty of food and shopping is 5 min away. I would fully recommend this to anyone traveling to Waikiki for the 1st time!

Great Location, walk to shops and beach

Condo is clean and in a very secure building. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Be aware that there is no soap or toilet paper provided. Beds are comfortable and there is a pull out couch. One king bed, one double and a pull out couch. Also, you get two covered parking spaces in a gated garage.
