Second Stay

Another happy May spent at Foster Tower. The view and location are prime. The unit is relaxing and comfortable, with great cross ventilation. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the beach and/or the pool and hot tub every day. We rented a car for a week this time. It was fun to see other parts of the island and the included parking was secure and easy to access.

Can't Wait to Come Back

The view and location are fantastic. The unit is large, airy and comfortable, full of interesting tchotchkes and art. The protected swimming area across the street is great for the timid, and the open ocean is a short walk away. Shout out to building security, who were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are very comfortable, though the pool area could use some umbrellas for shade. We had one small maintenance issue, that Lani had fixed right away. There's is plenty to do in Waikiki and on Oahu and this is an excellent base for it.

Great location and views

The location cannot be beat. The apartment was very clean and the view is just like you see it in the pictures. The communication with the property manager was great and they responded quickly. We had a wonderful trip and would stay at this apartment again. Highly recommend 😊

Lani was very responsive and attentive

If you don’t need frills and luxury and value location and convenience instead this is a great fit. The lanai (patio) could have been a little cleaner. This area can also use an upgraded futon/sleeper sofa. So convenient to have the parking space. Nice to have washer/dryer. Lani was a great hostess!!

Awesome Place!!

This is a great place to stay! You can't get a better view of Waikiki Beach. It's only a 1/2 block walk to the beach. Very close to all of the shops! Hope to stay there again.

Waikiki Views

Our 3rd time here. The view and size of apartment has us back each time. This place is amazing but just 3 things that disappointed us this time. 1. The pool wasn’t available for the whole month and we weren’t advised on booking. 2. There was construction in the apt next door, drilling & banging each day. 3. The apartment is dated and needs new furniture applicances, utensils etc. Nothing has been updated or added since our last stay here 3yrs ago. Taps leaking, doors jamming etc.. But we still loved it! it’s just tired and needs TLC.

Location and View Can’t be beat

I will1000% rent this unit again, the view is much better than even the pictures suggest. The ease of beach access compared to a hotel is wonderful. And the size of the unit for the area is huge. The property manager is so responsive and helpful at every turn. Every issue we had she took care of immediately! We always felt safe with the on duty security guard always there and the secure access and parking. Lovely trade winds with open windows. The cons: Definitely needs some refreshing, think new paint, deterioration, use from renting. Likely deferred due to covid. Pool closed in the middle of our stay and won’t be open until next fall. The alternatives offered weren’t great and with small children a pool was an important amenity to us. When we come back we will wait for the pool to be open.

Wonderful!

First and foremost are the breathtaking panoramic vistas offered throughout the condo and especially from the lanai. Moreover, the building is virtually located in the center of Waikiki. This condo is very spacious and has a full range of amenities. The beach is across the street while the outdoor pool is accessible from within the property. It is impossible to review our stay without highlighting the very professional and helpful service provided by the condo manager, Lani. She was most pleasant, reliable and quick to respond to any questions even at a time when Covid still presented some challenges.

Lani is absolutely the best to work with!! The condo location is phenomenal! Condo is very well equipped.. beach chairs, umbrellas… Large comfortable rooms Comfy mattresses, pillows Our month on Waikiki Beach was everything we hoped for! OUTSTANDING CONDO!

What a view!

This is a wonderful Waikiki condo. The view and location cannot be beat. The management and communication were great. It was well equipped and clean. A bit of warning - it is very noisy - between the ocean waves and the street noise below going at all hours of the day and night. But that is definitely not a deal breaker. Highly recommend!!!

Lots of space and fantastic views

This apartment is big with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s in a great location right across from the beach with ocean views from pretty much every room. It could use some updating but everything functions and it also includes boogie boards and beach umbrellas. Lani is very helpful and gets back to you quickly.

Excellent view, perfect location and a spacious interior

This is a great place to stay in Waikiki. I have been renting condos in the area for the 4-6 weeks in the winter for several years and this is my favorite place yet. The view is amazing, kitchen is large and well laid out, good sized bathrooms, living room and bedrooms and the washer/dryer is very nice to have too. The workout room was renovated in 2017 and has very nice equipment and the pool is always clean, heated and very uncrowded. Very happy renting here and I'm already reserved for next year!
