Everything was just perfect. Great location, clean and accommodating unit with everything thing you needed to make the stay very comfortable and memorable. Will definitely book again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

The location is fantastic- lots of cool spots within walking or biking distance. We were able to bike to Lido as well as walk to the pier and shops. We were so happy with the proximity to the beach! We would love to return again.

Fabulous time! Much too relaxing! Did not want to leave... :)

Had an amazing time!... Would do it again next year... . Close to the ocean, shopping, food etc What a great time! BeachView Realty was there as needed for questions & keeping you updated by email...

Great location and a very nice home and owner.

I have been visiting Newport Beach for 40 years, and this home is my favorite, perfect for my small family. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was by far my favorite location—steps to the beach and minutes to shopping and dining. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, and she was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Newport.

Great location

We enjoyed the location of the property. The townhome was decent in size and contained all the amenities we needed. It wasn’t quite as clean as we might have expected, and the garage was filled with several of the owners items that made it difficult to use.

A Dream Come True

Everything we needed was in this place. It was beautiful there we even got to meet the owner Mary. She was super nice and super inviting. We let her know that we’re pretty introverted people and we kind of keep to ourselves and she left it that way she understood. We had a great time and we hope we’re invited to stay again in the future.

Location!!

The location of this home is worth it all. Grocery store, restaurants, bank, and Starbucks directly across the street. Steps to the sand. Really the perfect location for someone staying with small children. The house was clean! It had everything we needed. It was actually the first house we've rented that did not have mold in the bathroom. I check for little things like that due to my special needs baby. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach house to stay in.

Walking distance to everything!

We loved the location of this house! Walking distance to everything! & It also had plenty of board games for family fun. The place was clean and we loved the overall beach vive decore.The neighbors were so nice to talk to & recommend some places to eat. I would definitely book again.

Outstanding rental

Clean, fully equipped apt. steps from the best beach and West Newport shopping/amenities. Includes parking, a must in Newport.
