Beautifully renovated and privately situated townhome located in prestigious Shock Hill neighborhood just a few minutes from the mid-mountain gondola stop and a short walk from town. Cucumber 41 features a completely new kitchen with oversized island and upgraded appliances, an open concept family room with soaring fireplace and a separate dining area. The master suite is located on the main level with three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms located on the lower level. This townhome boasts new furnishings and completely remodeled bathrooms. You will find amazing views of Peak 10 out of the two-story family room window. There is plenty of ski equipment storage along with a large hot tub for après ski. Welcome to the idyllic mountain getaway!

LOCATION – Cucumber Patch is in the Shock Hill neighborhood which boasts its own gondola stop with easy access to the base of Peaks 7 & 8 as well as downtown. Immediate access to the Breckenridge Nordic ski trails and numerous hiking trails are located directly outside your door.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 4 spaces total, 2 car garage, 2 outdoor spaces
• AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

Great Stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful ski vacation! Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. We literally had every pot, pan, cooking utensil, grill accessory that you could think of. Check-in was a breeze and check-out just as easy. Would love to have been slope-side but this house was definitely the next best thing. I am VERY picky especially when it comes to cleanliness and this house was spotless. Plenty of towels were provided...even ones for the hot tub. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were answered quickly. There is a boot dryer in the garage which was an added bonus.The ONLY thing we had trouble with was the ice maker but I’m sure that will be fixed by the next rental. One tip if you are skiing...rent from Breck Sports Peak 8 and you can store your skis over night and when you go in for lunch...this is a life saver.

We love this house, but I may start looking at other properties. The basement master shower has very low water pressure, almost unusable. It was like that in Feb when we stayed and I asked for that to be taken care of before we arrived in Nov. They said no problem, but it wasn't done. Some of the water spouts are completely clogged. The shower head needs a deep soak/cleaning or replaced. Also, the basement master bed frame is not adequate. The crossbeams are too short and the bed almost caved in. I texted the property manager about it, but they never showed up, I only received an automatic response. We ended up working the boards ourselves and sticking toilet paper in the grooves for the last night we were there. Otherwise it's a great space in a great location. Clean and beautiful space. If the kinks get worked out, we'd love to keep staying here.

Well appointed, modern and clean
