Welcome to Coastal Treasure #904 at Treasure Island Resort 🌊☀️ your elevated beachfront retreat on the quieter, more peaceful east end of Panama City Beach.

Perched higher in the building on the 9th floor, this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a more private and tranquil coastal experience while still keeping you just steps from the beach and resort amenities.

Wake up in the Gulf-front master suite featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony access with sweeping views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand. The higher floor adds extra privacy, natural light, and a peaceful atmosphere throughout your stay.

The second bedroom also features a king bed, making it ideal for couples or families. A built-in bunk area provides a fun sleeping space for kids, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The open living and dining area is bright and relaxing, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to your private balcony—perfect for quiet mornings, reading, or enjoying sunset views over the Gulf.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home, whether it’s a slow breakfast before the beach or dinner after a relaxing day in the sun.

Fantastic place, fantastic experience.

I can’t say enough about how nice the condo and TI resort are. The views are spectacular and the balcony is large and can accommodate the whole family or family and friends. Everything was so clean and well maintain. Everyday you would see a staff member at the resort cleaning something. Suzie is great to work with and is very accommodating. We have stayed at this condo for multiple years and we keep coming back because it is so great. And we will be back.

A Perfect Dog-Friendly Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and the fact that it’s dog-friendly made it even better for us. Suzie was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. During our stay, the resort experienced power issues that were completely out of her control, which caused the washer to stop working. Rather than putting it off, she drove 2½ hours from her home to personally fix it. That level of customer service is hard to find. My brother stayed in another unit that he rented directly through Treasure Island, and you could definitely tell the difference. Renting directly from Suzie provided a much more personal experience and far better communication. The views from the ninth floor were absolutely stunning, and we loved spending time on the balcony. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again. Highly recommend!

Each year we return to this beach home, for us, because each and every visit flows smoothly and as easy as a Sunday morning!

We love this unit! It is well located near multiple amenities! It is spacious, well stocked and well maintained! Suzie and staff are responsive to any minor concerns that may pop up from time to time and we feel comfortably at home here! The beach and the ocean call to us each year and Suzie answers perfectly for us with this unit!

Truly relaxing vacation rental with breathtaking views!

The condo is absolutely wonderful ! Suzie has taken so much consideration to make our stay enjoyable and truly feel like a home away from home. She has thought of everything - from a fantastic coffee bar to portable beach chairs for relaxing in the ocean waves. Plus, the condo includes beach umbrella service, which makes our days on the sand even better. Suzie makes it super easy to return year after year and always treats us like family. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

Fantastic family vacation

We love treasure island resort we have stayed there for the last 10 years this room on the 9th floor was very nice and had everything we needed. Suzie was quick to respond to a couple of minor issues we had during our stay. Highly recommend this unit and will be booking it again!

From the ninth floor you have a great view of some of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. Lots of great restaurants close without needing to go to the Pier Park area, down here at the quiet end of PCB. We’ll be back.

Beautiful Condo on Gorgeous Beach

We were there for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. We spent a lot of time at the beach and pool. Drove along 30A and highly recommend Rosemary Beach Seaside and Seacrest Beach. Pier Park is a great place for restaurants, shopping, ice cream and bars. The building was well-kept and pet friendly.

Fantastic beach stay!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay this past week! The location was great. The condo was beautiful and Susie was consistently contacting us for easy check in, recommended places, and easy check out . Emails stated exactly what was expected laid it out perfectly. We plan on staying again in the near future. All the information forwarded to me ahead of time made the logistics of the trip almost nonexistent. Thanks again for sharing your place with my family.

This a wonderful condo with so many extras and the owner is great an attentive to all your needs! We will definitely book this unit again!!!

The set up of the condo is perfect and very nicely decorated. The patio is large and you have a beautiful view of the Gulf from the living room/kitchen and the master bedroom. The bathrooms are large and also the closets. There are many hooks and towel bars and lots of storage room. The pool is a perfect size and getting down to the beach is very easy. This unit and the owner are exactly what I have been wanting to find for repeat visits.

Best week, wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed the first week of June 2024. The room was great. The view is absolutely amazing with plenty of seating on the patio . We have stayed at Treasure Island many times before and will continue to come back. Already booked for next year. It was nice to have a little cooler there in the condo we could use for the beach and pool. Condo was clean and taken care of. Loved having the chair rental included. Get down there early to reserve your spot for the time you are staying. Suzie was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had for her.

Suzie Sunshine Rentals

Panama City Beach is beautiful. Switched from east coast to gulf coast 25 years ago due to moving from northeast to a southern state. Best switch we ever made. Condos are condos some are nicer than others, but condos are condos. Suzie is what made a difference for us. Very nice professional and personable. Great communication and very personable and helpful. Loved the condo. Had a great trip and enjoyed having such a gracious host. Thank you Suzie for another great memory.
