This family friendly luxury vacation condo rental sits directly on the beach in the quiet east end of Panama City Beach.

Our beautifully newly decorated 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo + Bunks features an open floor plan, full sized fully equipped kitchen, comfortable open dining/living room combination with a Queen Sofa sleeper, King Sized Bed in Master Suite, Set of Bunks and a 2 full sized bathroom's 1 with a shower/tub combination and 1 walk-in shower.

The large sliding doors in the living areas allow panoramic views of the white sand beaches and the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A large sliding door in the living room & Master Bedroom connects the inside living area to your private balcony where you can view all that the beach has to offer while relaxing in a comfortable chair or lounging in bed sipping on an ice cold beverage or perhaps a nice coffee in the morning.

Just outside your door, on our private sugar-white beach are endless choices in how to spend your day. Make a splash in the large beachfront swimming pool (Heated in the winter months), relax in our hot tub, exercise in our fitness room, or cook some BBQ by the pool. We also have Liza's Kitchen where you can order something to eat and drink. You can stroll along the pristine shore walking distance to the State Park to the East & Schooners to the West, splash in the warm emerald green waters, build a sandcastle or toss a Frisbee. Staying at our resort offers access to many beach and water sports activities. Our perfect location is within walking distance to some of the beaches best dining, shopping and entertainment. At the end of the day make sure and catch the beautiful sunset that seems to melt into the water-always a unique and breathtaking experience.

Each year we return to this beach home, for us, because each and every visit flows smoothly and as easy as a Sunday morning!

We love this unit! It is well located near multiple amenities! It is spacious, well stocked and well maintained! Suzie and staff are responsive to any minor concerns that may pop up from time to time and we feel comfortably at home here! The beach and the ocean call to us each year and Suzie answers perfectly for us with this unit!

Fantastic family vacation

We love treasure island resort we have stayed there for the last 10 years this room on the 9th floor was very nice and had everything we needed. Suzie was quick to respond to a couple of minor issues we had during our stay. Highly recommend this unit and will be booking it again!

Great condo on the beach

From the ninth floor you have a great view of some of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. Lots of great restaurants close without needing to go to the Pier Park area, down here at the quiet end of PCB. We’ll be back.

Awesome Vacation!

We just came home from the best week at Suzie Sunshine Rentals Coastal Treasure! Everything was perfect and I have already booked again for next year! We love Treasure Island Resort and Coastal Treasure was a perfect condo for our family of 5 adults!

Family Vacation

Beautiful condo and grounds! The cafe by the pool has wonderful grilled cheese sandwiches and amazing drinks! Close to lots of fun activities also! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back next summer!! 😍🌴

Beautiful Condo on Gorgeous Beach

We were there for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. We spent a lot of time at the beach and pool. Drove along 30A and highly recommend Rosemary Beach Seaside and Seacrest Beach. Pier Park is a great place for restaurants, shopping, ice cream and bars. The building was well-kept and pet friendly.

Lovely Beach Home

Thank you Suzie for all your patience with us. I was really busy with the kids just before leaving home. You were really a great host. Loved the place very comfortable. Fantastic beach stay!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay this past week! The location was great. The condo was beautiful and Susie was consistently contacting us for easy check in, recommended places, and easy check out . Emails stated exactly what was expected laid it out perfectly. We plan on staying again in the near future. All the information forwarded to me ahead of time made the logistics of the trip almost nonexistent. Thanks again for sharing your place with my family.

This a wonderful condo with so many extras and the owner is great an attentive to all your needs! We will definitely book this unit again!!!

The set up of the condo is perfect and very nicely decorated. The patio is large and you have a beautiful view of the Gulf from the living room/kitchen and the master bedroom. The bathrooms are large and also the closets. There are many hooks and towel bars and lots of storage room. The pool is a perfect size and getting down to the beach is very easy. This unit and the owner are exactly what I have been wanting to find for repeat visits.

Wonderful!!!

I can not think of a single thing that could have made our stay better. Everything was perfect from booking to check in and check out and everything in between. The condo was super clean and very spacious and the view was phenomenal. Suzanne was easy to work with and everything was made clear up front. Will definitely book with her again in the future!!!

Best week, wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed the first week of June 2024. The room was great. The view is absolutely amazing with plenty of seating on the patio . We have stayed at Treasure Island many times before and will continue to come back. Already booked for next year. It was nice to have a little cooler there in the condo we could use for the beach and pool. Condo was clean and taken care of. Loved having the chair rental included. Get down there early to reserve your spot for the time you are staying. Suzie was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had for her.

Suzie Sunshine Rentals

Panama City Beach is beautiful. Switched from east coast to gulf coast 25 years ago due to moving from northeast to a southern state. Best switch we ever made. Condos are condos some are nicer than others, but condos are condos. Suzie is what made a difference for us. Very nice professional and personable. Great communication and very personable and helpful. Loved the condo. Had a great trip and enjoyed having such a gracious host. Thank you Suzie for another great memory.

Best stay on the beach.

This was our first stay at Treasure Island, the owner of the condo reached out to us a couple days prior to our arrival letting us know that unbeknownst to her, they were painting the balcony floor to our condo so we were not able to have access to it the entire week that we were there, however, the view from the ceiling to the floor windows in the living area and in master bedroom is breathtaking! The owner,hated it for us that we couldn’t use it and she did treat us right because of it. The condo was immaculate and very nicely decorated and comfortable! Both bedrooms were apart from each other so you felt like you had your own space,and the king size beds were very comfortable.The owner, Suzie,is very kind, compassionate and accommodating and we are looking forward to renting from her again in the future!

One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in.

The owner is very easy to work with. The condo itself was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in which made the stay so much better. The only issue we had was with the resort itself. There were a couple items that were stolen out by the pool and management of the facilities were notified. They started managing the arm bands into the pool area better which stopped the problems. There were people coming off the beach and into the pool area that were not staying in the resort. The traffic into the resort slowed down tremendously after that. As far as Suzie and her condo, we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home for a week. Thank you so much!

This is such a beautiful place to stay. It is right on the beach! From the moment we arrived and unlocked the entrance door, the atmosphere of the place was very inviting. We were greeted with a super clean, with quality furniture, elegantly decorated, beautiful open kitchen/dining area/living room. The wall facing the ocean in the master bedroom and the living room are glass walls with exit doors to the deck. The deck is spacious with beautiful-quality furniture. We arrived when the sun was setting. From the deck, it was beautiful seeing the wide/vast ocean and sky above, hearing the waves, seeing the most beautiful sunset, hearing/seeing children playing below at the swimming pool, boats cruising, a manatee swimming, etc, etc. We went back inside, closed the door and all the fun loud noise outside was all shut off. We checked out both bedrooms. Both rooms have quality furniture with beautiful-skin friendly beddings and comfortable pillows. We appreciated the TV in each bedroom as we stayed inside when it rained all day. We were thankful for the TV, playing cards and board games as it allowed us having family quality time. You can practically just pack your personal clothing, and go! The kitchen is fully furnished. The place has everything you need from towels, playing cards, family board games, water toys for the children, a smallcooler, etc. The owner Suzie truly manages this place with her pride & her heart. Thank you. We had a grand vacation!

Amazing Condo

Suzie's place is amazing to stay at. The balcony alone is worth it. All of Treasure Island is maintained well. Suzie is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We hope to stay here again soon!

Family Beach Bliss!

This is a great 2 br pet friendly condo with a beautiful panoramic view! The two king beds was a big factor, too! Beautiful decor and comfortable furniture! We love the personal digital entry lock security code that is changed for every new guest! Great location! The beach and weather were perfect! Many great restaurants are nearby and several are even pet friendly! Looking forward to next summer in this unit already!
