Cape Cod

Truly an amazing property! It had everything we needed. I knew my grandkids would love the indoor and outdoor pools, but they also spent hours fishing from the pier. Really a spectacular house.

Xmass 2024

The photos of do the property don't do the location justice. Family came in from Boston and NYC for a gathering at the Cape and found a beautiful home which accommodated 10 easily. Great stay!

Family Gathering

This property is just beautiful. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was out of service as was the indoor hot tub. Both of which were largely the reason for renting this property. We were not warned ahead of time that these amenities would be unavailable. When I contacted the management company I was told that the outdoor pool and spa were left open for us. It was not feasible to use the outdoor pool in 55 degree weather. The heat did not work in the master bedroom. A steady 63 degrees did make for good sleeping conditions though. All in all we had a lovely time at this property. I think that the management company should have offered us some restitution for the inconvenience of the loss of the use of indoor pool etc.

Another great visit

This was our third time staying at this wonderful property, and once again, we had an amazing time. The house is perfect for our group - spacious, beautifully designed, and very well appointed with everything we could need. The host is always responsive and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this stunning property and we couldn't have been happier. The house has more than enough room for group, is beautifully appointed, and the host, Naoual, is extremely helpful and responsive. We just left and already can't wait for our next visit. Thank you again!

Another fabulous stay on Cape Cod!

This was our third stay in this lovely home, and our first time staying with the outdoor pool in service (prior visits were in winter). The outdoor pool elevates the experience to another level! Despite temperatures in the low 60s, the pool and spa tub were comfortably heated and our kids swam happily the entire stay. The house was spotlessly clean and had every amenity necessary to keep our party of six entertained, including an 83 year old and three kiddos ages 7,9 and 11. The home is luxurious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect for making elaborate meals. We’ll definitely be back!

Keeps getting better!

This is the 2nd time we got to enjoy this extremely special house! It was even better than the first time. The house is comfortable and spacious and the outdoor space is INCREDIBLE! We spent the whole 2 days on the back patio and in the pool! Looking forward to another visit soon.

Speculate house!!!

This house is absolutely amazing! From the accommodations to the living space to the view! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Great space for everyone to relax and play! The owner was quick with responses and super helpful! We were here for a team offsite and we can’t wait to come back!

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying in this lovely home, and we had a close to 5 star experience. Overall, house was very clean and organized. The hot tub is leaking and was not available for use, but the indoor pool was a lovely temperature. There were plenty of games and toys to keep my children entertained, and plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy. The house is so beautiful and peaceful and a lovely escape for the weekend. The expected wear-and-tear of a vacation rental is starting to show (ie. broken door handle, loose faucet nobs, etc), but nothing that impedes safety or your enjoyment of the home. We will definitely return when our schedule allows!

Family wedding weekend

Excellent property, spacious, great for a group. Pool and hot tub amazing and used frequently. Much enjoyed. Hosted several family members very comfortably. Property had everything you'd need.

Stunning Home

Incredible home with gorgeous view, awesome kitchen with everything you could possible need; comfortable beds with spotless bathrooms and enough games, including pool table, ping pong table (outside) and too many other fun things to mention. This was a birthday getaway for six sixty something friends but we wished we could have had grandkids with (well, part of the time) to enjoy all the kid friendly items including the indoor pool. The weather was gorgeous so we spent our time at the outdoor infinity pool with spa. We almost overlooked the two bedrooms and baths on the lower level with its own living area w/tv. Oh, there is a HUGE tv in the family area on main level. Things we missed or almost missed: ice machine in billiard room, garbage and recycling bins in kitchen island opposite refrig. Nothing major obviously. Naoul, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Beautiful property with so much to do. The weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor amenities. It was very disappointing to find the hot tub empty when we arrived. I was able to contact the property manager who told me we could refill it with the hose but sadly it still did not work. It was disappointing as we were specifically searching for homes with a hot tub when we were booking our stay. Besides this one issue it was a very enjoyable stay.

Such a Great Family Vacation Option

This house is wonderful especially if you have children. The bedrooms are large and spread out and almost everyone has it's own bathroom. The big informal living room right by the pool was the best hang out spot because its connected to a room with SO MANY TOYS. everything from a piano and microphone stand, toy cars, trivia games, art supplies, hungry hungry hippos etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, pots and pans, bowls and platters, plates etc etc. They have a filtered water machine and ice maker as well. Something I wish I would have known going in is that their music is run through either the wifi or Bluetooth in their house so if you go into your Spotify and select the "listening on" option you can choose "living room" etc. The outside area is SO nice, a swing set and trampoline in the backyard with a large area to run around in. There is a grill and plenty of sitting room as well. The indoor pool and hot tub was fun. The hot tub wasn't heated when we arrived and I wish we would have known to turn it on right when we got there because when we wanted to use it our first night it was freezing and didn't warm up until the following day! Bummer we missed a whole night with it because we only stayed for two. They have plenty of floaty toys and pool toys, extra life jackets and a puddle jumper. The property manager was TOP NOTCH. So kind and organized and very responsive. Absolute joy to communicate with. Only "negatives" are that they are in the midst of a pretty bad ant problem right now. However its obvious that they are trying to get it taken care of. (hence the 4 star cleanliness) And for a very family and child friendly home they do have nice decor in the house that is very breakable so that's good to know coming into the place. We had SUCH a good time at this place and would go back in a heart beat. LOVED IT.

The House is the Destination!

We were looking for a peaceful and and secluded school vacation getaway, and we found it here. It’s a chic, resort-like stay without the crowds. The home is stunning, meticulously clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. It’s even more beautiful than the photos. The indoor pool and hot tub kept the kids entertained for hours, not to mention all of the toys, books , and games in the large children’s play area. The indoor pool and hot tub are heated to a very comfortable temperature. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out over three floors. It’s the perfect set up for a large group. There are plenty of bath, pool and beach towels, and we noticed lots of accessories for outdoor pool play and for a beach day. The kids played on the outdoor swing set and trampoline one day, then went sledding in the backyard the next! I could go on and on about the house, but you really shouldn’t hesitate to rent this home. We’ll definitely be back!

Marston Mills

We did a company planning day for two nights. The house was perfect. Plenty of space, very clean and everything was just perfect. Outdoor furniture is excellent with a large gas fire place. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen well stocked. This property was amazing and 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend.

Awesome family getaway

The house is big, comfortable and stylish, with excellent spaces and toys/activities for kids. Plenty of space and yard play equipment outside too. There are few small things that need some maintenance, but overall we loved staying.
