- an American kitchen with direct access to the outside;
- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;
- a balcony on the first floor (equipped with a table, a chair and 2 armchairs) with a beautiful view, overlooking the golf course and the 180 m² garden;
- and a large outdoor wooden terrace with a table, 3 parasols and chairs.

The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Barbecue, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

One of the assets of the house is its location near the Beach of Moliets (8 minutes walk). It is also located near :

## Emplacement
Moliets is a French commune located in the department of Landes, in New Aquitaine. It is a typical village, festive and lively throughout the year which offers many different activities; between sea and forest, you can discover the natural reserve of Courant d'Huchet nicknamed "the Landes Amazon" or enjoy its beach, a must for surfing, sunbathing and eating an ice cream.
