Surfing, boogie boarding, sailboarding, surf fishing, sea kayaking, bicycling, jogging, kite flying, frisbee and football, shell collecting, exploring--Crescent Beach is open for all these activities but never seems crowded. Crescent Beach is a nesting area for sea turtles, stay on the lookout and you might see some hatchlings! Dolphins are often spotted jumping just beyond the waves, and birders can observe many different species of shore birds!

The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercostal waterway from the community patio deck.
