Fully-equipped kitchen. Breakfast bar with 4 stools. Tile Floors, TVs , Internet/Cable Svc. Washer and Dryer located inside the condo. Tennis/Pickle ball/Basketball/Golf Resort. Restaurants, shopping, and family fun venues are close by. Kick back at the end of a fun-filled day at the beach to enjoy spectacular sunsets on the balcony. The balcony features an outdoor dining table for 6 and double sliding glass doors into the indoor living area. Magnetic shower head in the bathroom makes bathing your kiddos so easy! Must be over 25 to rent this condo.
Snowbirds welcome Jan - Feb. Will consider renting to snowbirds through March.

Each year, we leave two beach chairs and one umbrella at no extra charge, for our guests to use at the beach. If these items are broken or missing, they will not be replaced until the next year. ** Please note: We cannot guarantee the chairs and umbrella will be available when you visit. Please plan accordingly. **

You must bring your own beach towels. Do not use the condo bath towels for the beach or the pool.
