Your comfort is important to us, and we are addressing these concerns with the HOA to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests. We are unaware what you are referring to when you say the bed didn't have legs on it. The beds all have the appropriate bed frame and legs in place, and always have. Had you reached out during your stay we would have been happy to help you with whatever issue you encountered with the bed. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a better stay!

We understand how essential comfort is, and we apologize for the inconvenience with the temperature in the ocean side bedroom. Your comments about the ceiling fan and couch stains will be addressed promptly. The couch and chairs both, are from a high-end company, and we are surprised to hear that you found them uncomfortable. We understand that comfort is personal preference and are sorry to hear that the furniture here is not what you prefer. We also appreciate your note on the crab utensils and will consider adding them for future stays. We're sorry to hear about the challenges with beach rentals and acknowledge the changes at Topsl. We hope the magnificent fireworks added a special touch to your stay. Thank you for your loyalty over the years, and we hope to welcome you back with improved experiences in the future!
