We are offering a luxurious spacious full of light 1 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with stylish modern design touch on 16th floor overlooking a Gulf of Mexico.

Master bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed with designer bedding. There are 2 bunk beds designed for kids and extra space is available in the living room with a sleeper sofa bed and 2 sleeper sofa chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who prefer to cook during the stay.

Great terrace is a place to watch sunsets.

!!!! No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.

!!!! Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. East West Getaway is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.

Horrible!!!!

My reservation was canceled by the host on the day that my husband and I arrived. Check in was stated to be after 4. We got there around 5:30. Once I opened my email to pull up the reservation conformation info, that is when I saw an email that was sent @5:23 from the host saying they had to cancel. Reason being, the property had been sold & was under new ownership. We had driven over 5 hours. This was very unprofessional & ruined my honeymoon!!! Oh yeah, the gost has yet to respond to my concerns.

Nice place

Condo was clean, nice and stocked well. The ocean view is also beautiful, and the couch on the back patio is amazing! If you do not enjoy walking, this isn't the condo for you. The walk to the parking garage, beach and pools is a bit of a distance. Also, plan an extra 30 minutes to an hour wait for elevators with no air and a lengthy ride (typically 15-20 minutes on the elevator because you'll stop at every floor until it's overly crowded. Not recommended for anyone claustrophobic.) Other than that, it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Property is nice. It was a busy weekend so the elevators were slow. But the over all property is nice. Lots of things to do without driving anywhere

Condo was great!

The condo itself was perfect! It was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of space with a great view of the beach. The parking and elevator situation was no pleasant at all. Had to park clear on the other end of the property. Waited at least 20 mins every time we went to the elevators.

AMAZING

The whole experience from inquiring to booking to check in was easy .Communication was top notched. Everything was just as described and then some . Property every employee was eager to help and were genuine happy that we were guests. I messaged property manager one time on a question about thermostat and they were more than willing to send someone to help me ,which Thankfully was not needed, but was nice 😊 for quick response. Everything was so nicely decorated and fresh linens ,the balcony and view was phenomenal,I actually fell asleep out there it was relaxing. Only thing that I didn't like was time was way to short and having to leave.lol. Already checking my work calendar for next year. ( side note the amenities were way more than expected , pools,spas, golfing green 10th floor pool/hot tub is amazing especially at sunset . The views are breathtaking. Amazing to watch God paint us such a marvelous masterpiece. Thank you for helping me make this a memorable Summer especially with a teenager who has a attitude lol?he said it was Gnarly Dude !
