Nestled on the peaceful southern end of Anastasia Island, Cabana Escape is a canal-front retreat designed for relaxation, entertainment, and unforgettable gatherings. With a private heated pool, spacious accommodations, and a backyard built for outdoor living, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and coastal charm.


Please note: The home does not have a dock, and boats are not permitted in the canal behind the property.

Food lovers will enjoy St. Augustine’s diverse dining scene, while families can spend the day at Marineland (swim with dolphins) or take the free boat ride at Fort Matanzas. Golfers will find plenty of nearby courses, and live entertainment is always on at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.


Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs welcome (no aggressive breeds; no cats).
Non-refundable pet fee required.
If your dog loves to cuddle on the furniture, please remember to bring a special blanket to cover the sofa or bed where they will be resting.
Failure to disclose pets = pet fee + $100 cleaning charge.



Pool & Maintenance


Heated between 78–85°F (seasonal/weather dependent). The pool will have difficulties to stay heated if the daytime temperature doesn't get above 55 deg
Pool service: Tuesdays (chemicals) & Fridays (cleaning) (subject to change)
Landscaping: Thursdays (subject to change).


House Rules

Maximum occupancy: 10 adults (children under 12 excluded per county rules). No Parties allowed at the house
Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, trash bags, dish/laundry soap). Guests should plan to replenish during their stay.
Parking: max 4 cars, parking only in the driveway.
Garbage & recycling: curbside Sunday night for Monday pickup.
Hurricane season: No refunds or rescheduling, even for evacuation orders. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
