Directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy the spectacular views of the Emerald Gulf and sugar-white sand beach from the spacious 20th-floor balcony, accessible from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The views truly are nothing short of remarkable, and the sunsets will take your breath away! Furnished with coastal dƩcor and light colors throughout, our condo will put you in relaxation mode from the time you enter the front door.

The Master Bedroom is suited with a memory foam mattress (New in September 2023) on a king bed for your ultimate sleeping comfort, dressers with plenty of drawer space, a large walk-in closet for "her", and a separate walk-in closet for "him".

Thereā€™s a double-vanity sink in the Master Bath, with a corner garden tub, and a large walk-in shower with double shower heads and a sitting bench.

The Guest Bedroom is fitted with a memory foam mattress (New in September 2023) on a king bed, large closet, dresser, and nightstands with even more drawer space, and is situated across the hall from the second bath and the Bunk Bed Room.

The Bunk Bed Room is just that... an additional room... not just beds in a hallway. A twin bed sits over a full bed, with drawer space underneath, and a chest of drawers with ample storage.

Should you need additional sleeping accommodations, there's a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

You're sure to enjoy the benefits of the large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, Cable TV with flat screens and DVD players in every bedroom, and the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops.

The building highlights an elevated gulf-front deck, with two tropical pools (one seasonally heated), two relaxing hot tubs, and a children's water play area. A beach-side grill area, gulf-facing exercise room, event, and wedding reception room (fee), are just a few more of the abundant amenities of Sunrise Beach.

Convenient gulf-side covered parking is directly under the building ā€” not across the street. (Note: Sunrise Beach charges $40/vehicle for their parking garage.)

FREE Daily Beach Service is included. 2 Beach Chairs & an Umbrella are provided with each rental stay (March 15 - October 31).

Itā€™s less than a 5-minute walk west to Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant & Tiki Bar, or east to Runaway Island Beach Bar & Grille. Moeā€™s Original BBQ is directly across the street.

Located on the west end of Panama City Beach, Sunrise Beach is a 20-minute walk (just one easy mile) from Pier Park. Enjoy some of the great restaurants Jimmy Buffetā€™s Margaritaville, Pompanos Joe's, and the Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House. Leave some time for shopping at the art, souvenir, and boutique shops, and maybe even take in a movie at the 16-Screen IMAX Theatre.

Aaron Bessant Park and Amphitheater is located adjacent to Pier Park and hosts events, concerts, and festivals year-round. During the summer, there are free concerts for the whole family to enjoy.

For baseball/softball fans and concert-goers, Sunrise Beach is one of the closest condo buildings to Frank Brown Recreation Center. Play some ball. Enjoy a concert. Relax on the beach.

Sunrise Beach is motorcycle friendly, though trailers are not permitted in the parking garage. Nearby facilities are available for oversize vehicles and trailers (fees may apply). IMPORTANT NOTE: As of 1/24/2023, Sunrise Beach no longer has use of the offsite parking for trailers, oversized vehicles, and 3rd vehicles. The HOA is looking for an alternate solution.

For the comfort of ALL our guests, we do not allow smoking in the unit or on the balcony, nor do we allow pets.

It was a great location and the host, Ellen, was very informative. We loved the beach access along with the close proximity to restaurants and shops and activities for the shop. We went during Christmas so the water was too cold to swim in but the beach was well maintained and the unit had beach chairs that we borrowed to sit and watch the sunset. There was also a spacious balcony to relax on and listen to the ocean. Overall, we would definitely come back!

The place was amazing host was very attentive and super nice quick to respond with any questions we will definitely be back. My only con is the elevators were being worked on so the only one working was very busy! Not the owner fault at all just part of it

The condo was nice, but it is obvious that it is an older condo. There was construction going on that the owner let us know prior to our trip and we accepted to keep our dates. However, I would not do that again - elevators took forever and areas were blocked off making it difficult to navigate around at first. The supervisor for the beach chairs and umbrella was absolutely awful to deal with - not friendly, did not check on us or attempt to move umbrella with sun, wanted to assign different chairs everyday and had to continue to repeat where we staying and for the duration. Location is great and within walking distance of several well known restaurants. Owner excelled in communication and were great to work with!

This condo was above and beyond great it was excellent, it had everything you could ask for and then some. The balcony was amazing for sunsets and the condo itself felt like a cozy beach condo, it was our 1st time staying in this condo and it certainly is the last time, i highly recommend it because check in and communication with Ellen is top notch 100%!!!!

The condo was beautiful inside and well decoarated to give it that beach feeling atmosphere. From the balcony the ocean view was amazing with plenty of seating options for everyone. The condo is located within walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. The owners were very fast in responding to any questions I had throughout the whole process which made everything smooth. We would defiently stay here again!

Awesome Condo with gorgeous view

We stayed with our children & grandkids in this unit for a week. We had everything we needed plus more. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need including 2 types of coffeemakers, blender, even a pizza cutter that came in handy! Comfortable beds, 3 tvs, beach toys...you name it & it was there! Views were spectacular on a spacious deck! No waiting to catch an Elevator was convenient. Loved the 2 pools & hot tubs. Ellen, the owner was very friendly & quick to reply with my question. I stayed at 5 different places in PCB over the years, this was definitely the nicest.

Beautiful, clean, convenient and amazing property

We traveled with a family of 5 and this was spacious, clean, and very cozy for us. The communication was top tier and the views are breathtaking. This is also very centrally located so it was easy to navigate from when going out to eat or explore. Would HIGHLY recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again!

Nice Christmas adventure!

We really enjoyed our stay! This was the first time we chose to skip gifts and go on a trip instead. It was sunny and 65-70 the first few days we were there. We went to St.Andrews Park and took the ferry to Shell Island, where we saw dolphins, played frisbee, laid out and collected shells. We even jumped in the cold gulf waters! The view from the condo is unobstructed and absolutely beautiful! We saw dolphins swimming right from the balcony!! We had Chinese/sushi delivered for Christmas dinner from Jin Jinā€™s. It was delicious. We walked to Pier Park and did some shopping. We did try to fish at the pier near there, but it was under construction from a fire. The next day we walked to the pier on the other side and rented poles and bait and fished for a few hours. We really had no issues, I did contact Ellen when we arrived and she messaged me right back. Kitchen was fully stocked! Beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. Than you for sharing your place with us!

We loved our stay at this condo! Ellen was the sweetest person I have ever rented a condo from. We came the day before Hurricane Helene was set to make landfall, and Ellen was so accommodating and kind to us through the whole process. The condo itself is gorgeous and in a prime location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing!!!

My family had a fantastic time during our stay. Ellen was very informative, followed up, and was always quick to reply to all of my questions. The condo was as clean as anywhere I have ever stayed. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was roomy. The balcony is huge and provides views of both piers! We all loved the location being between Pier Park and Thomas Dr. Very quick to get to either but the beach isn't as crowded as those locations. Beach Service was excellent and the grounds were well maintained. We will stay again!!

Worth Every Penny!

This condo was exactly what our family needed. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our three children. The room with the bunk bed is quite small, so there wasn't a lot of space in there, but we weren't bothered by it. There was plenty of space elsewhere in the condo for the kids to hang out. We loved the beach access and the pools and spent most of our time alternating between the two. The daily reserved beach chairs was such a wonderful bonus! The kitchen was so well furbished, we were able to make all of our own meals in-house. Les and Ellen were very helpful and dedicated to helping us find a solution when we had trouble with one of the TV's. Would definitely stay here again!

Just another day in Paradise!!

This was our 2nd year staying in this condo, and it never disappoints!! It truly is a home away from home. I love the decor and everything about the condo. Super clean, has literally everything you could need for the week and then some!! My girls love the kids room and the view is spectacular!!! The location itself is great, so much you can just walk to and enjoy!! And everyone is always so nice and friendly in the building. We love it here and cant wait to come back. Ms. Ellen and Mr. Les are the best hosts and are just amazing. We would 10000/10 recommend! ā­ļø

Les & I, along with our 3 boys, moved out of state many years ago. Besides our family and friends, what I miss the most about Florida, is the ocean and the beach. I always hoped to have a place on the water one day and we realized we could actually make that happen by owning an investment condo on the beach. We love traveling and going to the mountains too, but we grew up near the Gulf of Mexico, and it just feels comforting to have this little bit of "home" to come to on vacation.

Panama City Beach has so much to offer! We have visited PCB with our kids, with Les's parents, and by ourselves for our anniversary. Each trip has been unique and fun. Over the years we have taken vacations to various beach destinations in-state and outside of Florida and when thinking about where we would like to have a condo, PCB was the winner! You can't beat all the attractions and restaurants. PCB has multiple festivals throughout the year. There is no shortage of things to do (Or spend your time doing nothing at all!).

We love that there's a parking garage under the building...so you don't have to park the car across the street. Sunrise Beach is the perfect sized complex, not too big, not too small. The location on the west end of PCB is so convenient-we can walk to many restaurants and even Pier Park is within walking distance at only 1 mile away! This condo has a wonderful floorplan. It has a large balcony with access from both the living room and master bedroom. One of the reasons we love this condo is there is a bunk room, so kids can have their own room to sleep in. No bunk beds in the hallway here! The coastal decor is lovely and relaxing. The previous owners of Sunrise Beach 2010 did a wonderful job creating the perfect beach vacation vibe. We look forward to enjoying this condo with our family and friends and we think you will love it too!
