Welcome to The Pearl of Navarre #703. From the moment you walk into this nicely decorated condo you're greeted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and open living room with a large, comfy wrap around sofa. From the living room step out onto the balcony that offers direct gulf front views of the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.

The master bedroom boasts a large king sized bed, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bed sleeping a total of 5 people comfortably throughout. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is easily accessible from the guest bedroom.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

View was great and so was the pool. The unit wasn't cleaned particularly well with food crumbs and such in the floor of the pantry and something (maybe food?) on the table in the front bedroom and hair in the bathroom floor. The furniture is showing it's age and wear, but still very much acceptable. Still very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was everything we hoped for and more! The view was breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure peace. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home (and then some). The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and every little detail made our stay easy and relaxing.The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand and in a quiet, family-friendly area. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly; they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach escape!

We were very upset we had a life and death situation and we had to leave a week early. We tried calling the office several times no answer or call back. We left a message with a gentleman at the office the day we had to leave and didn’t get a contact from you until yesterday.. Checking in was a nightmare we had such a problem finding we’re we had to go. We are very upset that we had no choice to leave but we did the right thing on our behalf but the pearl didnt. Now we’re told about travelers in’s. It was never mentioned. Like we said this was a life or death situation. We did our part but the pearl couldn’t even call us until yesterday,

Canceled 1 Hr Before Check-in

Do NOT book with Paradise Beach Homes through VRBO! We received a call 1 hour before our arrival and were told that this property had ceiling water damage. At first the PBH Associate told us she could possibly give us a home they had open and then called us back and told us no, as it cost more! We had no control over the last minute property issue and PBH did nothing to helpus secure a property for the timeframe we had booked. We did get a refund, went to another Rental Co. and got a beautiful condo on the gulf for the same timeframe - and 186 less!

Guys fishing trip

My son and I have been coming to Navarre for fishing and family vacation for years. We decided to have a guys trip for fishing. Everything went well and everyone enjoyed the stay and fishing.

We loved our condo and the beach. We will be back. Only problem we had was Tuesday night folks throwing stuff off balconies and we didn’t know who to contact for help. It was bad. They hit my youngest and almost hit my oldest. Overall that was the only problem. We loved it.

Beautiful condo & beach!

We would absolutely stay at this property again! It was very well maintained and surprisingly large. The beach was beautiful and there are many restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the pier. We loved it! The only part where I was unprepared was in the kitchen. I came with everything I needed but didn’t bring salt, pepper or olive oil. Most condos we stayed at in the past at least had seasonings, but not this place. They had nothing at all. Perhaps it was an oversight that I overlooked. Next time I will be more prepared. Also, pay for beach chairs months in advance and if you don’t check-in on a Saturday or Sunday then you’ll end up on the second row.

Love the Pearl- Paradise Beach Rentals personnel not so much

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Pearl is a great spot. Condo 403 was nice, great view, fairly clean condo inside but the carpet is in need of updating, I am not sure that the sheets were cleaned well upon arrival. The carpet closet in the master bedroom had some kind of smell. I asked if we could bring a service dog and was okayed. After the stay I received a call from a slightly irate individual from Paradise Beach the company, she was charging me an extra $50 for the cleaning. I absolutely did not even have a problem with, but when I asked about exactly what it was that was so bad she kept interrupting me. Because I stated that she is interrupting she black listed me. I have stayed at VRBO's and vacation rentals several times a year since 2008 ranging from very expensive to less expensive all over the world and I have never been treated in such a horrible manner. I have no problem paying for any extra clean-up. Apparently my kids left some trash under the bed, and there was extra dog hair and I got black listed.

A Great Place to Stay !

We also meet several old friends and meet a few more every year. The Mardi Gras parade is something special. We especially enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the quiet beach are the best. Of course, we don’t want anyone else to know about this place.

Family Vacation

Condo 703 was warm and inviting. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the warm sand and blue waters only steps away. We will be returning to The Pearl again soon.
