Located in lovely Brant Beach, one house from beach, new interior, clean, comfortable and beachy!
Two bedrooms; one queen size bed and two twins beds. Four Beach badges are included.
The house is steps away from the beach, ocean views from inside house and your deck. The LBI sunrise time is always the best on 40th. Or if it is exercise you are looking for to start your mornings just put on those sneaks and get going.
This house conveniently located to a lot; bagel shop, donut shop, bike shop and casual restaurant and summer nighttime activities.

Owners located on property in the downstairs unit. This is a smoke-free house. Please NO SMOKING NO PETS

Apartment was very clean and well organized for 2 people. Located directly across from beach access. Host was welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Well the mat inside the door says "Home," and that fits. All week we found ourselves calling it just that when returning from wherever our adventures on LBI took us. That was partly because of the place itself, but just as much because the owners are so welcoming and nice.The location is superb, just steps from a sweet stretch of beach. Relaxing on the deck you can see and hear the ocean; the sunrise is spectacular. The outdoor hot water shower with separated changing stall is a great amenity for sure.Inside, the kitchen is very well-appointed and the living spaces are quite comfortable. Even better, it is all absolutely spotless.

What a great little beach stay

This was such a lovely weekend! The apartment was so sweet and very comfortable and clean! All the amenities were there and efficient! And you cannot beat the location! The beach is literally a walk across the street. Great neighborhood! Great little hideaway! Would definitely book again!

Great weekend

Quaint cottage feel, perfect for a getaway from reality. So close to the ocean you can hear the waves. Peaceful breeze and beautiful views. The host were amazing and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!!!

Wonderful apartment

Great location, and a bright space with good energy. Awesome outdoor shower. The owners were lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

4 day getaway

We enjoyed our 4 day getaway in a perfect location! Beach access is directly across a quiet street. The home is clean and cozy. Mary Ellen and John were welcoming and gracious hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

A Delightful Bungalow w a Great View!

We so enjoyed our stay in this clean and well-appointed upstairs location. Decorated in shades of blue and sea-green, it was the perfect spot to view the ocean and catch the breezes! Morning coffee on the deck was lovely and we had easy access to Ocean Blvd for daily walks and to the beach. John and Mary Ellen were most hospitable and we look forward to returning next summer!

Long weekend at LBI

My friends and I had the best long weekend stay at Mary Ellen and John’s place! They made us feel right at home from the minute we got there. The place was clean and exactly as expected. Our favorite part was the deck with a view of the ocean. We had a weekend full of activities, thanks to Mary Ellen’s list of recommendations. We can’t wait to go back!

Weekend Getaway

You will not be disappointed. This place is spotless and right across the street from beach entrance. I slept in the room with the larger bed and the mattress was super comfy. Mary Ellen and John were in touch before the trip and were there when we arrived to give us some helpful tips; but you will have privacy once you settle in. My two friends and I enjoyed our girls weekend and would definitely go back.

This property was very comfortable and clean. Mary Ellen and John were very gracious hosts. Unfortunately the weather was very windy and wet and we couldn't enough the beach or the Chowderfest. We ate in several delicious restaurants. We would stay there again.

Mary Ellen and John were wonderful hosts! They made us feel right at home! Their home was perfect! Perfect location to beach, restaurants and things to do while visiting LBI. Fantastic location and wonderful owners!

We absolutely loved it here. The owners greeted us upon arrival and had a paper of things to do in LBI waiting for us! The place was super clean and when we requested an iron they brought us one in 30 seconds! One of our favorite things was the deck where we drank wine after a day on the beach which by the way is footsteps from the house. It’s also located in a very quiet area. Very peaceful and relaxing. So many great restaurants also. The Black Whale and Stefanos were our favorites along with Bird and Betty’s. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mary Ellen and John!

Wonderful vacation stay at Mary Ellen and John's property

We just spent a wonderful week with our 2 grand kids at Mary Ellen and John's property. Mary Ellen and John were wonderful hosts. We loved being so close to the beach and loved sitting out on the deck and seeing and hearing the ocean. The property is on a quiet street. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit! Marty and Grace C

We are lovers of the LBI life. We are a friendly couple who enjoy having people rent our upstairs unit. We have outdoor speaker with music always playing good tunes for all the people exercising and coming off the beach. It's the perfect location not just because we are so close to the beach but we have friendly neighbors and love a stress free zone for all our vistors!
