The spacious master bedroom features a King-sized bed and floor-ceiling glass doors that open onto a scenic balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, where you can take in the gentle sea breeze while reclining on the comfortable patio furniture. The spa-style master bath boasts a soothing jetted Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, large mirror, and double sink.

The first guest bedroom showcases a restful Queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom.

The enclosed Media Room features two twin bunks and a TV.

Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms.
There are charcoal grills on the grounds by the pools. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Your reservation includes 1 parking pass. This parking pass will be in your unit when you arrive. If you would like to purchase an additional pass, you can purchase them from the front desk in the B building.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
