Balcony access will be required twice briefly while work is completed.

Elevator Modernization Notice

Please be advised that Phoenix on the Bay will be undergoing scheduled elevator modernization on the following dates:

SW Elevator: November 17, 2025 – January 7, 2026
SE Elevator: January 7, 2026 – March 2, 2026

During this time, one elevator will be offline while the other remains operational. Notices will be posted onsite directing guests to alternate elevator access. Stairwells will not be impacted, and parking garages provide same-level access to units.

*Please note: There is a 2 car maximum at Phoenix on the Bay. The condominium charges for parking passes on site.

• Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Phoenix on the Bay slips are on a first-come-first-serve basis, must be requested upon arrival and cannot be requested in advance.
