We really enjoyed our stay. Bonnie was an excellent host and was able to answer any question we had. Beautiful location! Beach front, close to restaurants and the cutest French bakery.

The location was truly wonderful, offering breathtaking views, but upon entering the house, we noticed a peculiar moldy odor. Without giving it much thought, I immediately purchased some Damprid from Walmart and placed it around the house, and it resolved the issue effectively. We did not feel the need to contact anyone about it. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation!

Went on a girls trip we rented both the top house as well as the below 2 apartments. The entire place was very clean and well equipped. The view was beautiful! This house was amazing and we would absolutely come back!

The property was a great location and comfortably slept our group of 12. The provided beach chairs and towels were an added bonus. What prevented 5 stars were a lot of run down things with the property. Examples included: the front door didn’t latch well, the washing machine spin cycle didn’t work, there was no dishwasher in the bottom units, and if we wanted to use the grill we had to go out and buy a propane tank for it.

We appreciate the time you took to leave a review. The bottom floor units are much to small to have dishwashers. We appreciate you letting us know about the washing machine - it had not been previously reported. We contacted the owner and it has already been ordered and scheduled to be replaced. Had you reached out, we would have been more than happy to get the propane tank filled. The locks are all brand new and door does need to be closed for lock to work properly. We often don't know about these issues unless a guest reports them to us.Thank you again for taking the time.

We rented the entire unit for a family vacation. Each family had their own unit but ee were still all.together. The amenites were wonderful especially the outdoor decks and beach.

Love the beach access

We reserved the whole property with the 3 separate spaces and it worked out perfect for our family. The beach is right out the back door which is perfect. Definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Indian Rocks Beach! The location couldn’t be better—directly on the beach with gorgeous views. Our group rented all 3 units for the week, which worked out perfectly and was a great value. The home was very clean and nicely decorated, making it feel welcoming right away. The bottom two bungalows are especially cozy and perfect for couples. We’re already hoping to book this property again for our next trip back!

Family Beach vacation

The property was amazing and just as described. Had a few issues but they were quick to respond and truly cared that we were satisfied We were a family of 14 ranging from 3 - 65 Had a blast and would highly recommend

Florida family fun in the sun.

We loved having everything we needed for a fun family vacation on the beach. The house was perfect for our family. We loved that there were chairs and beach equipment in the storage closet. The house was well appointed with all the basic items necessary for our family. We loved our stay in this home.

Great place on the beach

The house is very spacious and accommodated our large group well. We rented the entire unit and it worked out great. The backyard is very private and a short walk down a path to the beach. The views from the house are gorgeous. We would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

4 generations beach trip

Property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, comfortable, direct beach access. Mattresses could use a refresh, but overall a great experience. The covered carport was great feature on rainy days. Beach was very close, plentry of parking for the 3 families and covered carpot was a plus for rainy days

The beach view is amazing at the house. It has changed since last year when we stayed at the house. the dunes were swept away in the hurricane and al of of the trees, plants and bushes are gone. It is a straight walk onto the beach now which is fantastic and easier. They made quite a few upgrades from last year such as new mattresses inside. They are very comfortable. Also they have new decks and walkways which are so much better. Our family really loves this place and we will definitely return.

The coastline has changed due to recent storms, and the county is currently working to restore the dunes and sand. Beautiful view

The house worked great in accommodating our family group of 14. The view was amazing. The balcony is in process of being repaired so the stair access was gone and the cleaning could have been a little better. The manager Marnie was great and very responsive. I would definitely love to go here again!

Spacious, Beachfront, Convenient

We had a great stay! The house is divided into three units, which worked perfectly for our group — two sets of grandparents, three kids, and my wife and me. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach with great views, and close to restaurants and grocery stores.The unit was well-stocked with beach toys, chairs, and a tent, which made our beach days super easy. Having a washer and dryer on-site was also a big plus.During our stay, the refrigerator stopped working, but the property management team responded immediately, and the owner personally came by the next day.Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Vacation with Family!

The house was very clean! Had everything that you could think of. The view from the deck was beautiful! As a lg family, we never felt like we were on top of each other. We did rent the whole house. The only down thing was a musty smell in one of the apartments downstairs.

BeachTime

All of us were comfortable in this house. It served our purpose nicely. Was here 3 yrs ago and was happy to see the carpet gone and like the redo in the kitchen. Not so happy to see the upstairs porch stairs gone because that gives the unit only one egress in emergency.

Amazing location and perfect layout for multiple parties!

I rented this house to celebrate my 50th birthday with my two teenagers, my sister and her family and my parents. I grew up in the area very nearby and we’re so happy to come home with everyone! The space is perfect for multiple groups. My parents and sister had their own space as did I with the kids, which was perfect. There were so many beach toys and chairs available to us which was a lovely bonus! Things we likely would’ve had to purchase for staying a week, but we wouldn’t need to use again so it’s very nice not to have to buy and transport.

Family Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the garbage containers were full and overflowing with garbage. Also, Unit B had palmetto bugs. NextHome Realty was very responsive and sent pest control to deal with the palmetto bugs.

Unfortunately, bugs can sometimes be an issue in Florida but we do have pest control in all of our units and if reported we will handle the issue immediately for our guests. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving we immediately realized that we had landed an ideal location ... however as the week wore on and we came together from the 3 units we rented ... ea person compared notes and realized we were in agreement that the beds were most uncomfortable, one couple even fell through in the night several times due to the short slats.... The bed linens were not clean and the place was basically rundown... a lot of work should be done for the price . Overall we definitely enjoyed the location and could tell it had been loved in as a home at some point but it had obviously been taken over by a company and needs some tlc.

Not worth the price!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is NOT being kept up. The deck is rotten and scary, they took the steps out that goes from main unit to beach access instead of fixing. The kitchen cabinets are broken, sliding doors were FILTHY at check in. I had to clean them myself. You can’t see the beach because of the HUGE tree in the way. The walking path has nails sticking up & my sister got hurt. No sheets at all for the pull out sofa bed. Furniture was AWFUL, so uncomfortable. We even had family come over for the day and they said it was terrible. This should be someone’s last resort. Rent something else if you can. This was not worth the enormous price.
