★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $30 per day (taxes not included)
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice
• Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated
• Pool size: 14’ x 15’
• It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ BBQ GRILL ★
- Usage fee: $100/stay + taxes
- We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation.
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.), a penalty fee will be applied.
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage.
