Fairytale Villa - 2 Masters, Privacy Fence!

Need more than one villa? We own the 4-bedroom villa to the right of this one and the 4-bedroom villa to the right of that one, so we have three villas in a row on this street! We also own five other villas in nearby neighborhoods. Ask us for more details.

The optional pool and spa heat is available for $30 PER DAY PLUS TAX IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool and spa heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation. Pool and spa heat is included free of charge in June, July and August.

Fairytale Villa is a beautiful 5 bedroom vacation home with two master suites and 4 full baths in total. It is located in Kissimmee, Florida, just 2.8 miles from Disney World! Fairytale Villa has two themed kid's rooms, a game room with a pool table and Foosball table and a southern facing, 32-foot pool with a hot tub surrounded by a privacy fence. The great room has is open and bright with skylights and a 65-inch wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. There are flat-screen TV's in all the bedrooms.

For Florida vacation villas, one of the most prized amenities is the pool, and Fairytale Villa has a great one! The 32-foot southern facing pool has an attached spa that spills into the pool and is surrounded by a privacy fence. A southern facing pool is desirable for the most sunshine on the pool throughout the day, but if it gets too hot, sip on a drink at the table and chairs located in the covered lanai. Of the three exits from the house into the lanai, two are from the master baths, so no need to walk through the house with wet feet when nature calls. Make use of our wall-mounted bathing suit and towel hangers located in the covered lanai, so your wet swimwear and towels can stay outside even if it rains. The screen enclosure covering the pool deck keeps out the bugs and lizards, while the privacy fence keeps out the prying eyes of neighbors. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience. There is also a BBQ grill just outside the screen enclosure for guests to use free of charge. If you are visiting in the cooler months, pool and spa heat are available for an additional charge.

The inside of this villa is just as spectacular as the outside. Fairytale Villa has the best 5-bedroom floorplan in Indian Creek. The living area is bright and open, but there is just the right amount of separation for that much needed feeling of privacy when traveling with a group. The thoughtful floor plan provides a huge, open space for the living area, kitchen and dining area while offering privacy for the bedrooms. The living room has vaulted ceilings for that spacious feel and skylights for plenty of light. Of course, Fairytale Villa has all the modern conveniences as well! There is 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV with free streaming and local channels through Roku. In fact, all the TV's in this villa have service through Roku, so you can also log into your favorite streaming service from any TV! The entertainment shelf below the TV houses the Xbox One along with a collection of movies and games to enjoy. There is also free high-speed, wireless internet and a wireless printer which works with NFC and Wi-Fi, so you can print those boarding passes or park tickets right from your smart phone or tablet! The villa phone has free calling in the US and Canada. The bedrooms are tucked away around this central hub. The open kitchen is separated from the dining and living areas with a small bar height countertop. To one side of the kitchen is the breakfast nook with seating for four in front of a large window, so you can enjoy the beautiful Florida morning sun! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with filtered water and an ice maker. All the cookware, dishes and utensils you need are there including plastic dishes and glasses if you want to eat or enjoy a drink on the lanai. The dining area, while fully open to the living area, is large enough that furniture from neither room is crowding the other.

Off the entry hall to the left is the first queen bedroom. It has a large, arched window for plenty of light and its own TV and closet. The first of the four full bathrooms is the next door on the left, so it is convenient to use this bathroom as the private bath for the queen room, or as a shared bath off the hallway. Just past the closet on the right, is the game room entrance. The game room features an 8-foot, slate pool table, a Foosball table and an electronic, soft-tip dartboard with automatic scoring. The last door on the right in the entry hall houses a full-sized washer and dryer, so no need to overpack! Off the back, left side of the living area is the king master suite. Stretch out in comfort on the king-sized bed and relax with your own wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The king bathroom features a huge garden tub as well as a walk-in shower stall. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space for clothes and you can secure your valuables in the hotel-style safe located there. Want to take a morning dip in the pool or a late-night soak in the hot tub? You have your own exit to the lanai through the king, master bath! Off the back, right side of the living area is the queen master suite. From the comfort of the queen bed you can watch your own flat-screen TV in private. The queen bathroom features a tub shower combo and has its own private exit to the lanai. Between the living and dining areas is the entrance to the fourth full bath with a tub shower and access to the two kid's bedrooms. The twin bedroom on the right has a Disney Frozen theme. The bedroom on the left is decorated with a Shrek theme and has a single over double bunk bed. Both kid's bedrooms also have their own wall-mounted, flat-screen TVs.

At Fairytale Villa, we love families and children! The villa is equipped with two strollers, two high chairs and two pack-n-plays. There is also an iron, ironing board and multiple hair dryers. If there is something missing that you need for your baby, toddler, children or family, let us know and chances are we will purchase it for the villa!

The final amenity of the Fairytale Villa that you should consider, is the dedicated new ownership! We purchased this lovely home in August of 2017. It was a great villa but we had to put our own touches on it! The values we prize are cleanliness, a well-maintained house and of course, fun! Fall/Winter of 2018
• Replaced great room furniture with new leather couch and electric reclining loveseat and chair
• Repainted and themed second twin room with Shrek décor
• Repainted queen bedroom and replaced bed, dresser and nightstand with new furniture
• New window treatments in the queen bedroom
• Added wall-mounted, 32-inch, flat-screen TV to queen bedroom

Winter/Spring of 2019
• Replaced sliding door with French doors and repainted another wall in the great room
• Repainted the king master bedroom, added new bedding, décor and window treatments
• Added a new wall-mounted, 40-inch, flat-screen TV to the king bedroom
• Added a new wall-mounted, 28-inch, flat-screen TV to the Shrek bedroom
• Added railings for the pool and hot tub

Spring/Summer 2019
• Repainted the queen master bedroom, added new bedding, décor and window treatments
• Painted accent walls in the living room, hall and kitchen
