Navarre Beach is on Santa Rosa Island which has consistently been rated as one of the top 10 beaches in the US with beautiful, secluded, sugar-white sand beaches and crystal clear emerald green water.

Our newly-updated condo is on the 9th floor and over 1650 sq/ft with tasteful furniture and one of the largest balconies you will find. The open floor plan makes it enjoyable for entertaining in the evenings. This condo sleeps up to 8 people comfortably (1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles). It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The condo is equipped with wireless internet, cable TV and DVD players.

The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 7 comfortably. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf's longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and, of course, the ocean. The views are just breathtaking and a great place for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Come and check it out for yourself.

We also supply beach service that includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you each day from March - October. Our complex boasts the largest and newest pool on the beach along with free private covered parking. It also offers an array of amenities including fitness facilities, outdoor charcoal grills with a picnic area, two clay tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. There is a beach boardwalk with ramps on both ends, perfect for wagons and beach carts.

There are miles of scenic bike trails accessed right across the street. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk away from the Navarre Beach Pier and the Navarre Beach Science Station. To appease your adventurous side, venture over to the Navarre Beach Gulf Snorkel Reef and get an up-close glimpse at marine life. Just over the Navarre bridge, you will find a wide variety of local restaurants. Take in the local scenery of the area with the bike rentals available or simply dip your toes in the water and relax.

Navarre Beach is located between Pensacola and Destin and has an endless list of things to do from restaurants, shopping, ziplining, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, antiquing, golfing, museums, cinemas and outlet malls as well as plenty of kid friendly activities for your enjoyment. There are three great restaurants and bars within walking distance from the condo. So if you want to keep it simple, relaxed, and beautiful, this is the beach and place for you. The majority of our renters prefer weekly stays that begin and end on Saturdays. We have used this rotation as the basis for our calendar. We are happy to consider shorter stays. Let us know what works for you and your group!
