Beautifiul 2 Bedroom Condo Waiting For You!!!

Our condo is located on the 13th floor of Beach Colony West directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside this 1495 sq/ft condo is 2 bedrooms (plus pull out sofa) and 2 baths that have been tastefully decorated in that traditional coastal flavor. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, and pull-up counter seating for three.

The kitchen looks into the dining room and living room and onward to the 360 sq/ft terrace that overlooks the pool and then the white sandy beaches and turquoise green ocean that awaits your visit. The living room has seating for 5 to sit back and relax in the evening after those long sunny days to watch a movie, a game or a little tv on the 55 inch LCD. The living room nook has additional seating for 2 to play a game, play on their computer, read or just relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and check out the views. The couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate those extra guest needing a place to lie down for the night.

The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 6. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf's longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and of course the ocean. The views are just breathtaking and a great place for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Come and check it out for yourself.

This condo also provides:
* free beach set up March - October with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella
* in unit laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use
* assigned covered parking in the garage and one additional unreserved spot
* flat screen TV's in both bedrooms plus the living room

Navarre Beach is located between Pensacola and Destin with restaurants, shops, nearby entertainment and outlet malls as well as plenty of kid friendly activities for your enjoyment. There are three great restaurants and bars within walking distance from the condo. So if you want to keep it simple, relaxed, and beautiful, this is the beach and place for you. The property was VERY clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. I even accidentally broke the carafe for the coffee pot & the owners were extremely nice about it and even sent a new one the next day! Very responsive all around. You CANNOT beat the views in this condo. Very comfy beds and seating. We had the best time!

Our first stay at the beach colony west. Condo was comfortable & clean- pool area was amazing. Grills were clean. We will definitely stay in this condo again. This particular area of the beach is a little more crowded than where we have stayed previously so getting a chair / umbrella next to the water was challenging unless you went down very early.

Great location!

Beach colony 13b is a wonderful condo to stay in. Centrally located and nice interior of the condo! One downside is that it mentions in the condo listing that there is a hot tub onsite but that is not the case. Otherwise highly recommend .

Beautiful Stay!

This condo is wonderful! Pictures don't do it justice on how roomy and open it is. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit.The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Most mornings we sat on the balcony and read, while taking in the beautiful sight of the gulf. We even saw dolphins multiple times.The pool is huge and the kids loved swimming. We did wish there was a hot tub though. The condo owner was very quick with responses and allowed us an early check-in since we got to town early and the condo was ready. We would definitely return to this condo!

This was what my 12 year old said when we walked in and could not agree more. The condo was spacious. Husband and I slept well in the main bedroom and the kids slept well in the second bedroom. Loved the views from the balcony. The complementary chairs were an excellent bonus!! There was fabulous food close by as well as a grocery store. Our host was extremely communicative both before and during our stay. We had an issue with the AC and he had it fixed asap. I canā€™t say enough about Chris and this fabulous condo. We will definitely be back.

This property is amazing. Everything you need to enjoy and relax. Perfect view of gulf and sound. Property manager was very quick to respond to any and all communications. My friends and I have stayed at other properties on Navarre Beach but this is the nicest. We will definitely stay here again.

We welcome you to our beautiful condo on the beach. We are a Midwest family at heart growing up in the St. Louis area but spent 10 years in Houston, Texas so we have some of that southern charm too. Our Children are now 13 and 10 and are very active in all sports and they love the beach.

We chose Beach Colony West because the Condominium was new and Navarre Beach is much more relaxed compared to its Destin neighbor to the east. We found that when we go to the beach, we truly want to enjoy the beach and have lots of fun in the sun. So we prefer to keep it simple and beautiful and that is what you get in Navarre - Beautiful Beaches, views, sunrises, and sunsets. If you want the hustle and bustle, Destin and Pensacola are a mere 30 minutes drive away, so you can get the best of both worlds if you so desire

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

This is not your typical 2 bedroom condo. You are talking nearly 1500 square feet, which allows for each room to be spacious and lots of room to spread out. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have awesome view of the ocean and pier. The balcony offers great view of the Sound as well as the pool, beach and ocean. In addition, Navarre is surrounded on both sides by National Parks that will protect the beauty and simplicity of its surroundings that we desired in our home away from home. Plus how can you forget about the white sandy beaches, some of the prettiest in the world. We hope you enjoy our fully furnished condo for your get away from it all.
