This fabulous home has a FANTASTIC location and nestled right into the very heart on the South-end of the island!
That = easy walk to Shopping + Dining + Wine Bars, and only 1.5 miles to East Beach!

The home boasts 4 Bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, and a FABULOUS private screened in back porch you will NOT want to leave! Don’t take my word for it - check the reviews:) Every room in the home is equipped with a Smart TV.

The price for the month of January & Feb are for 2 adults. If there are more, there will be an additional cost. This does not include someone just coming for a few nights:)
**We always reach out after a booking. If there is no communication received back, your booking is subject to be cancelled*** *** GA / FLA weekend : guests MUST be age 30, and kids MUST be with parents! We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
