167 Beach Club Villa received a complete remodel in 2021. The kitchen layout was expanded & is larger than most Beach Club Villa kitchens offering more cabinets & counter space. It has granite counters, tile floors & stainless appliances.

167 BCV has one of the best floor plans the Villas have to offer. In addition to the den & screened porch, the master bedroom also overlooks the canal. Sliding doors in both the den & master bedroom lead out to the screened porch. This unit is located on the third which guarantees no one walking on top of you making noise when trying to sleep unlike other lower units where it could get noisy with kids or pets being above you. Just a few more steps for peace and quite.

167 BCV offers a laundry room rather than a laundry closet. The laundry room offers a full-size stackable washer/dryer rather than a mini unit. Located on the left upon entering the unit, the laundry room is convenient for storing your beach accessories.

167 BCV has stainless appliances, hardwood, & tile floors. You can sit on the screened porch with a view the canal & the fishing/crabbing dock that is private to guests of the villas. There are hardwood floors in the living area and master bedroom. Ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths. Free WIFI is available.

**Note: This property does not include the option of purchasing amenity cards for the Fripp Island Resort facilities. Due to the Club rules there are no other ways to purchase them.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.

It's a great Condo that has a great view.

Well, I saw a Bald Eagle, the first morning of my stay. As the "top" (3rd Floor) of the building, we had the BEST VIEW. However, be careful when you travel the island. I was amazed (and in awe) of the deer that are in the area. They were literally walking around in the streets and neighborhoods. It was just magnificent to see. The condo was perfect for us. It's a great location and had all of the amenities that were promised. One word of caution, about Fripp Island, make sure ALL the drivers are registered and make sure you have amenity passes. Those are critical to getting access to the island and to all of the areas of the Island. Our host was gracious enough to scramble to get us amenity passes (my fault), but those are VERY IMPORTANT to access restaurants/ other places in the area. You WILL be turned away, if you don't have them.

Beach Club

At initial quick inspection, as instructed by the owner, the condo was clean, floors/counters/bathrooms. After we moved in and started unpacking, we noticed the lamps and ceiling fans were covered with heavy dust and cobwebs. Some of the lamps didn't work at all; four of the seven light bulbs in the fixture over the table burned out. The light over the counter burned out the last day, we could not locate any light bulbs. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work at all. The dvd player did not work, but we were brought another tv and the dvd player was connected. The kitchen was nice, but there could be more kitchen items, such as a blender and a pitcher for mixing drinks. The large skillets really need to replaced, I was a little concerned using them because the non-stick coating was coming off. My MAIN concern...I went back and read the property description again and it does not mention the condo we were renting was on the third floor with no access but stairs. If my sister had not been with us, we would have had to turn around and leave. That little item needs to be one of the first items in the description of the property. I love Fripp Island and we are there one or two times per year. I highly recommend visiting, but we won't be renting this unit again, mainly due to the third floor location.

Sorry about not knowing it was a third floor unit we would have been to glad to answer that question for you is asked before booking the villa as that we have lower units there. Most people like the upper unit so no one is bouncing around on the ceiling while trying to rest especially in prime seasons. Thought it was in the description and also could tell by photos. DVD players are pretty much obsolete these days but when you texted me New Years Eve at 10 o’clock I had you one by 10 o’clock the next morning and would have done the same thing about light bulbs but this is first I heard of needing them. We also do have some there in villa I could have told where they were if asked. We put them up somewhere out of reach and site of children. Maybe next time we can get you in one of our ground floor units

Excellent stay

Very clean and as described. Updated and very comfortable for our family of 3. Appreciated the luxury vinyl throughout and extra touches to make us feels welcome upon arriving. Great communication from BJ and Merissa! Would definitely stay in this unit or with We See’Um Rentals again. Recommend upgrading bath towels and applying some graphite/WD-40 to the keyhole - was a little difficult to get the key inserted each time. Thanks for a great stay!

Hidden gem above the river

The apartment itself has a beautiful view of the tidal river below it. The layout of the apartment was very pleasing. The owners of the property make themselves very available and will fix any issue that is brought up. We absolutely loved our stay and would come to the same place in a heart beat! 10/10

Vacation Oct 8th-17th

Rental process was good. Good communication with BJ. Responded quickly to any questions we had. Was disappointed with the condition of the condo. Received a call Thursday (on our way there) from BJ, there had been an issue with the A/C and buckled the floor in the hall and living room. It was bad. The floors were raised 3-5 inches high. The tile floor are in desperate need of repair. Especially in the kitchen. There needs to be a better selection of pots and pans. They have a bunch of wear on them. There was mold around the sink at the edge of the granite. There were a few friends that came to visit ( roaches) not a lot, just hope we didn’t carry any of them home!!! The bed was ok. Plenty of towels. The condo needs to be updated. The use of a cart was a nice perk. Wished they had an elevator. Damn near had a heart attack carrying up all our food and clothes for the week. Assumed 167 was on the ground floor. Next time I’ll do my homework and read the description closer. My bad. Milton & Lea Laster

We are sorry about the flooring from the leak out of our control and spoke to BJ about it and asked hi to reach out and cancel the rental. He did call and and you said you didn’t care and wanted to keep the reservation even after being advised to not come. That time of year there are plenty other rentals available to find you. The day you left we have removed call flooring in whole unit and completely gutted both baths. We are installing new flooring through out and brand new bath rooms with all time tub and shower surrounds, new vanities and toilets. We will check on and address the pots and pans we put Emeral pots higher end brand with new kitchen so maybe people have been removing some. As for as third floor it’s in the discrimination so shouldn’t just assume what floor instead of reading about the lifting

Highly recommend!

Loved staying here! Not only was the condo clean and well tended to, but the property manager’s were so easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again! Gorgeous view and great condo!

It was little outdated, but it was clean and nice. The full kitchen helped with not having to eat out all the time.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We just installed new kitchen couple years ago and have plans over winter to block out and and completely install both new bathrooms.

Good Location and Responsive Owners

This condo has a great central location on the island and near by beach access, it's across the street from one of the large pools and food court. Owner was super responsive and always got back to us quickly.

Fine, not great

The property was worn. It did have new kitchen appliances as advertised, but the kitchen tile floor was missing a lot of grout, so new kitchen is not quite complete. We requested a few things we discovered within the first day that were missing . The management was very responsive, but there were things we ended up not asking for but thought that they should have been part of the rental - hand towels, more than one hot pad in the kitchen, batteries in the ceiling fan remote so we could turn it on, a blender, to name a few. Nothing was horrible. It is just a very worn rental. I would not rent it again, so three stars is the best I can give it.

Sorry about having some missing grout in the flooring where we removed the wall to open the view up of the marsh from the kitchen. We will work on that again we need a few days to complete that with no one checking in but didn’t really think it would be a issue. Really wish you would have let us know if you needed some extra towels I love on island and could have ran some right over guest sometime take them or use them for certain things and I guess toss them. I could have also told you where the blender was stored in the villa if you didn’t see it and where batteries are as well

Really nice place

Really nice location in the middle of the island, easy to get to any of the beach accesses. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Some of the furniture was a little wobbly but not inhibiting. Having a golf cart included was one of the best parts about renting this condo. I would for sure come here again.
