Apartment with pool - 5min walk from beaches

**This apartment is entirely renovated, offering upscale finishes and a refined decoration, and featuring the following amenities:**

- A spacious living room, opening directly to the terrace with side view of the sea, with a sofa, a smart TV, a coffee table for cocktails (or coffee), and a dining table for meals with family or friends.

- A large open-floor kitchen, well equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve great meals, or to just make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?)

- A beautiful terrace where you can enjoy evening cocktails, early breakfast or anything else any time of the day.

- A first bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet/dressing, and access to the terrace as well.

- A second smaller bedroom, with a sofa-bed and a closet dressing.

- A large shower room to get you started on the right tone.

- Separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either...)

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.


**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Boulevard De La Source, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Reach the Mouré Rouge Beach to do some skinny dipping or find a quiet spot on a terrace and enjoy a cocktail (5 minutes away).

- Go to one end of the Croisette seafront, within less than 8 minutes on foot, to check out the drinks menu at the Ecrin cafe, or get some sun on the beach.

- Explore the heart of the exclusive Palm beach district to enjoy its neighborly atmosphere and shop like the locals for your daily bread, catch of the day, rotisserie chicken, or anything else you may need.

And within a few minutes by car (or bicycle), you will be able to enjoy these activities:

- Go for a stroll on the other end of the Croisette seafront and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats.

- Empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques along the Rue d’Antibes.

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès.

- Board a train for a ride along the coastal Riviera, or beyond.

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
