- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided.
- Pets are allowed in the property; one pet is permitted (the grounds must be cleaned if there is any faeces; a deposit may be retained if this is not done).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and depend on favourable weather conditions.
