There's a dining table available for indoor meals, (2 chairs not shown in closet available)

A beautiful element of this unit is the open concept between the Living Area/Bedroom. High End Doors Slide closing off the bedroom from Living Room for Privacy or can be opened fully to allow a more expansive space.

The Lanai is Incredible views & breezes from this very private area.

The Bedroom Features a Comfortable King Sized Bed.

The Bathroom all fully remodeled as well, has a Tub/Shower Combination.

High Speed Wifi Internet Access & Cable TV for your entertainment available to you!

There is no Washer/Dryer inside the unit, but this amenity is available at the Development, on the 1st Floor for Coin Operated Laundry Use.

Kailua Village is a very secure building with keys required to access the elevators. You will also have an assigned parking space. There is a pool and barbecue area, perfect for relaxation time. You can walk to many restaurants, shops & the Ocean!

Super location. Everything was clean and nice. Very comfy bed. The couch could use replacing but otherwise it was PERFECT.

This was perfect as far as view and proximity to everything! It was a bit loud at times, but settled down after 9pm. We loved our stay here, the bed was very comfy, the couch a bit hard being a pull out, but we didn't spend much time there anyway, too busy enjoying the amazing beaches and walking downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed was okay, no AC and HOT. Fans helped a little but didn't feel safe opening kitchen and bathroom windows for cross ventilation. Plenty of room but no luggage racks or ironing board.

We do want to mention that the listing and marketing information does state that the property does not have AC, though we certainly understand how the warmer island temperatures may not be ideal for every guest. Ceiling and portable fans are provided to help with airflow and comfort. We also appreciate the suggestions regarding luggage racks and an ironing board and will certainly review those items with the owner for possible future additions. Thank you again for your stay and feedback.

Annual Kailua Kona Away from the Grind

Good overall stay with central location close to stores and restaurants. Amazing view of Kailua Bay. Only thing was one of the glasses was missing when we arrived.

Nice, clean ocean view condo

We enjoyed the updated condo in a great location with a lovely ocean view. We also got help very quickly when we needed it! I would recommend for any couple or solo traveler and hope to return.

I was a little concerned that there was no AC but with the ocean breeze and ceiling fans there was absolutely no need for it. Loved the view on the balcony and a short walk to lots of restaurants. Very relaxing and comfortable stay.

The good:- Beautifully remodeled unit.- Very nice kitchen and bathroom facilities.- Walking distance to numerous restaurants.- Assigned parking space.The not so good:- No AC so keeping the windows open is necessary. That would be fine if the property was located in a secluded area, but being in the middle of a busy area with traffic noise, garbage trucks and landscape maintenance all ramping up before 7am isn't conducive to a relaxing vacation.- Nor are the sheer curtains in bedroom when the sun rises at 6:05am.- Very uncomfortable lanai furniture; high top bar chairs facing a narrow high bar/bench table. We tried using it once but gave up and stayed inside.- Chain smoking neighbor's smoke blows directly into unit.- 50 fee for making a one-day date change 4 months in advance of stay. Property listing inaccuracies:- Access is described as "elevator" but there are 8 steps after exiting the elevator.- The photo of lanai furniture is not current. I have included a photo.

Thank you for your detailed feedback—we’re really glad you enjoyed the remodel, kitchen, bathroom, and the convenient location. We’re sorry that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. As noted in the listing, the unit does not have AC, which is typical for many homes in this area, but we understand that nearby city noise and early morning activity can affect light sleepers. We’ll look into options to better communicate this and explore ways to improve comfort, such as additional window coverings. We also appreciate your comments about the lanai furniture and have already started reviewing updates to make that space more comfortable and inviting. Regarding the neighboring smoke, we understand how frustrating that can be—while it’s outside of our direct control, we will raise the concern with building management. We apologize for the confusion around access and the lanai photo. We will update the listing to clearly reflect the steps after the elevator and ensure all photos are current and accurate. Lastly, regarding the date change fee, this is part of our standard policy, but we understand your frustration and will review how we communicate this more clearly going forward. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.

The location is outstanding—close to everything locally and conveniently equidistant from all the major attractions. The view from the apartment is a big plus.The apartment was spotless and very well stocked. It included beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear, so we didn’t need to rent anything.The space is ideal for two people. It’s a corner, top-floor unit with great ventilation, and we never felt the need to use the AC.Knutson & Associates Property Management was excellent to work with. They were very responsive, followed up as soon as we landed, and answered all our questions promptly.We would definitely stay here again.

Great views of ocean and mountain

Top floor of a 7 story condo in Kona. Great breezes coming from the ocean and blowing right through. End unit so only one shared wall. Very quiet neighbors. Walkable to the ocean and downtown Kona. Really liked it.
