This home offered amazing beach views day & night!! Sitting in the living room or on the balcony, the full moon over the ocean was simply spectacular!! This home also offered plenty of room for the whole family of 6!! Beautiful & comfortable home that we would highly recommend & stay here again!!

Beach front vacation

Tranquil setting and beautiful views

The condo was a perfect setting for our Family Thanksgiving getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the condo again. The views of the ocean were soectacular!

Been staying at Sand Dollar condominiums for the past several summers and this condo was one of the cleanest ones we’ve stayed at. Rooms were very nicely decorated and everything we needed was there. Host was also very quick to respond with a minor issue with one tv, and did not quit until it was resolved. Would definitely stay here again next year.

Stevens Summer 2024

This was one of the most well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully equipped properties we have ever stayed in while visiting St. Augustine. I highly recommend this property and the managers Euphoria Vacations.

So pleased with our stay. The view from the condo was perfect. Every thing we needed for a great stay at the beach was available. The condo was very clean. Would go back again.

Wonderful condo in a quiet complex

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. This condo was just as advertised. We appreciated the beach supplies, and the complementary bottle of wine. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun Weekend at Sand Dollar

Very nice condo. I was disappointed that the pool was shut down but we enjoyed the beach.

The property was fantastic! The cleanliness was excellent! The amenities were up to date and alot of them. We loved the back balcony,, being on the 4th floor you could see for miles.

Perfection!

Spacious and beautifully decorated condo. Great view of the ocean. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Condo is stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Elevator needs work, LOTS of rules and regulations, cameras are invasive, but otherwise very clean/nice and a great view of the beach

This is our third different unit in the same condo building and everything was great. We love the location and easy access to the beach and pool. This unit had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toiletries, etc. My only critique is the cookware and utensils need to be updated and it would be great to have kid friendly dishes! Otherwise, it was perfect!

Condo was very clean and well appointed. The manager was not understanding regarding our possibly having to leave early. There was construction above us the entire week (drills, hammers, etc). It would have been nice if we’d been warned of this. We were in building II which needs a lot of maintenance and was actually taking place as well.I give it 4 stars because the interior was nice and would have been enjoyable under different circumstances.

Perfect beach getaway!

We LOVED this condo!! The property manager was very responsive and accomidating. We loved the cleanliness, decorations/style, and how well stocked everything was including kitchenware, coffee supplies, beachware in the storage lockers, linens, towels, even some hygeine products. The location was perfect for us at Sand Dollar in Crescent Beach. It's about 15 mins to St Augustine Beach and 20 mins to St Augustine so we got enjoy the fun things to do while also enjoying a less crowded beach and beachside pool. This has been our 2nd stay and have loved it both times!Thank you for helping make our family memories happen as we celebrated my husbands 40th birthday with family.

Fantastic Condo stay!

We were a group of two families and really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is decorated really well and you can tell they have a lot of pride and in their home- so many thoughtful touches throughout to provide for a wonderful stay. Dani with Euphoria was outstanding! Her customer service attention to detail is top notch and her quick responses where very appreciated. St. Augustine is a history rich area and we enjoyed exploring here. Thanks!

4th of July

We have stayed at many VRBO’s condos in Crescent Beach and this condo was by far the nicest. Clean, easy, convenient, spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked with all the right gear for cooking in some nights. We highly recommend this spot. The Euphoria team was also very helpful, accommodating and responsive. Thank you.

Beach Getaway

The condo was decorated perfectly. Everything was clean and lots of room. I enjoyed just sitting in front of the window and watching the sun rise everyday. Having all the soaps and shampoos was very nice. The hallway shower was excellent. The beach was a short walk. We watched the rabbits and turtle that run around on the grass. Watching the dolphins and birds was nice. Crescent Beach was a quiet area which we loved. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great Condo - would visit again!

This condo has been completely renovated and it is beautiful! It is spacious, well equipped, and the view can't be beat. The only hiccup was that the beach is a driving beach (that isn't specifically noted in the description so I gave it 4 stars bc it is important to us). There were a few trucks on the beach but it wasn't a problem. The beach wasn't crowded even during July 4th week. We'd love to bring our extended family back with us!

We have stayed in the Crescent Beach area for 16 years and at the Sand Dollar condos about half of those times. I will say this was probably the nicest condo I’ve stayed in at Sand Dollar. This condo had a lot of extras such as wash clothes for make up and shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the showers which were all a nice add on that we didn’t expect. It was very clean compared to any other condo we have stayed in. And, the decor was very tastefully done and you can tell the owners have taken a lot of pride in making this a great place to stay. We have always enjoyed the location and the beaches at the Sand Dollar. Even when it is more crowded, it does not feel overwhelming because there is enough space for everyone to spread out. The only complaint is the safety of the pool umbrellas in the event of a storm. I guess we have never noticed it before because there were no incidents. This year my niece was hit by a flying umbrella from the pool tables when a storm rolled in. She was struck on the head and had to be transported by ambulance to the hospital for care and stitches. I understand that storms can happen quickly but there are ways to secure these umbrellas so that they don’t fly away. I feel like if more safety features and procedures were in place, this could have been prevented. Thankfully she is a healthy 20 year old. I don’t want to imagine if it had been my 9 year old son or my elderly mother who had been struck. The outcome could have been worse.
