Come enjoy long walks on the beach and gorgeous vistas. This unit is a three-story Oceanfront Tri-level with three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath located in Crescent Beach Florida, Four Winds Condominium. Enjoy the huge beautiful beach and this quaint community.

The third floor has a master bedroom with king bed overlooking the ocean, a walk-in closet connected to a full bath with tub and shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and shares the master bath.
The kitchen and living room are on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room has a flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a great balcony. As a corner unit, you have the typical easterly view, but a northerly one as well. There's also an open green space adjacent to the building which makes it very pleasant. The half bath is at the bottom of the stairs. There is also a door to the exterior walkway and stairwell for convenience.
The ground floor has a TV, couch/futon, a set of twin bunk beds, 2 twins and opens to a patio. Perfect bunk room for the kids or a more secluded living space for others. The 2nd full bath with shower is a few steps from the bedroom. Between the two is the laundry room with a high capacity washer dryer and lots of beach towels. Another entrance to the breezeway and parking area is on the ground floor.

This spacious condo sleeps ten people. Enjoy the breathtaking views from your private balcony and patio. Condo amenities include free cable, wireless, internet and a washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided.

The Four Winds is a 150 unit complex that provides a casual atmosphere in an idyllic setting. You'll have easy parking, access to two pools (heated in winter), a tennis court, a basketball court and shuffleboard. Short boardwalks with your choice of stairs or a ramp provide easy access to the beach.

The beach is huge at low tide and has a gentle slope at high tide, making for manageable depths and the occasional slough.

You're pretty close to the Matanzas Inlet, Fort Matanzas, and the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive to Marineland, St Augustine, Flagler College, the Amphitheater, outlet malls and more.

Surf fish from dawn til dusk, bring your own boat to do some inshore fishing or rent one down the street at Devil's Elbow. For the serious anglers, take a charter from the Conch House for some near shore or offshore deep sea fishing.

The area has many great restaurants to choose from, and the grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away if you prefer to cook.

Crescent Beach is a fantastic place for a beach vacation and this condo is the perfect way to enjoy it!

You just can't beat the view!

Everything about this property is perfect - proximity to the beach, views, amenities, towels/linens, kitchen needs, A/C and ease of travel into St. Augustine. We were a group of 7 adults. Everyone had plenty of room to rest, dress and socialize. While we did spend most of the time on the beach, we did make it for breakfast at the Kookaburra, dinner at Commanders and Meehan's and the St. Augustine Ghost Tour. Sunrise from the balcony daily with my coffee was a highlight for me. I highly recommend this condo and working with this owner. I can't wait to visit again!

Crescent Beach 3 Levels of Awesome

Comfortable and well equipped condo, literally steps from pool and beach with ocean facing views. I mention this because that is so important to us. The bottom floor has 5 beds and is perfect for kids to have their own space- or even a separate family as it has a full bath and separate entrance. The complex is quiet and well maintained, lots of residents who live there for longer periods of time. Great for families, appeared very safe, NOT a party atmosphere :) The house had everything in terms of kitchen, laundry and linens and beach chairs and towels...we totally overpacked. The beach is like powdered sugar, and in the spring the surf was shallow, which I enjoy with kids. Close to restaurants and downtown and lots to do with children. Cannot recommend it enough, we will definitely be back.

I am always hesitant to book a property that doesn't have any reviews and that is still open close to the date we need. I am SO glad that I took a chance! It turns out that they had a last minute cancellation. This property is wonderful. It is the unit that is closest to the walkway to the beach, and the views are amazing. There is a king bedroom upstairs with an incredible view of the ocean right from the bed. Another bedroom with 2 queens and a full bath upstairs. Middle floor has a great porch, kitchen with all that we needed, pull out couch (again, amazing view from the living room) and a half bath on that level. The downstairs became 'cousin heaven'. My son brought his xbox and the cousins had a sleepover down there every night. Two twin beds, AND a full bed with a twin trundle that pulls out AND a futon. And a great TV. An awesome room for the kids and they loved it! My sister even slept down there once there was so much room and the beds were comfortable. David the owner was so helpful, the ladies at the front desk are overworked but also very helpful. This property had the most incredible washer and dryer that I have ever seen. Commercial sized, bigger than a laundry mat! SO convenient. More beach towels and linens than you would ever need. The beach is incredible. Before we booked, I was wishing that my mom would have considered Maine or the Cape instead during the summer, but am so glad that we ended up here. The sand bar during the day was huge and the kids absolutely loved it. They got to ride the waves a bit and also chill in the sandbar. The sand was beautiful and we had amazing weather. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella from Big Bills which worked well. Owner suggested Washington Gardens and we are glad we went (a mile or two away). Beautiful views of the marsh and the gardens are amazing. You can bring a fishing pole and bait to fish. Kids played basketball everyday on the small court on the property, and there was tennis and shuffleboard also. It was a fun community for the kids -there was a crew playing man hunt at night. Fireworks were awesome all along the beach and we had nothing but sunshine (not too hot either)! Two pools to choose from, no rafts allowed but they do allow noodles. We had an incredible 4th of July week and will definitely be back!! Thank you David and Four Winds crew! We made amazing memories and are so grateful!

Our entire family agreed that this was our favorite vacation so far! Beautiful beaches literally steps away from the ocean! A homey, lived in condo that made us feel comfortable immediately!

Very nice!

Parking close to the unit was tough to get especially with a disabled individual. An elevator would be a great addition.

Amazing views

Couldn’t have asked for a better location or floor plan. Waking up to the view of the beach was unbeatable. David was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions.

Fantastic location

The place was perfect : closer to beach & pool than expected / with 2 teenage boys & 10 yr old girl .. it was fantastic that boys had their own space lower level / they brought their Xbox / fishing poles & boogie boards so they were set ... would suggest bringing a skim board / low tide was perfect for that ...husband wished we were closer to ST Augustine (20 mins tops ) fishing pier ( 15 mins away ) was a daily routine as well as surf fishing for the boys . Beds were comfortable / plenty of towels / linens but the bonus was the washer & dryer ... omg what a treat !!!! The touch of his children’s artwork gave it a very warm / family feeling .... the only suggestion I would give is : replace some of the kitchen dishes / supply more coffee mugs & glasses...( since it states 10 people ) needs a new blender ... really enjoyed our week ... sorry it was not longer ... would definitely come back ....

We are a family of four that lives in nearby Jacksonville, Florida and wanted to find a weekend retreat that we could share with family and friends. We tend to travel during the summer which makes the rental concept ideal. We enjoy boating, fishing, relaxing on the beach and entertaining family and friends.

We discovered Crescent Beach through our friends, and instantly knew this was the area. The condo unit itself suits our needs perfectly, and with a strong history of owners and families at the complex, the Four Winds was the right fit. The property is well maintained by a volunteer board and professional management company that care about the owners and guests' experience. There are two great onsite property managers, Cindy and Desirae to greet you and make sure the stay is enjoyable as well as two maintenance professionals Ronnie and Steve who can fix just about anything.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There are many condos out there, but what makes ours unique is the 2nd floor balcony--as a corner unit, with a green space next door and an open balcony to the north and east, it seems like you don't have any neighbors. The other unique feature is the bunk room on the first floor. When the kids are there with friends, they're either on the beach having fun or hanging out in the bunk room relaxing. This leaves the top two floors for the adults to enjoy. Not to mention, the beach is literally 25 steps away.

The property is multi level and the top 2 floors are only accessible via stairs. No units in the Four Winds complex have elevator access. If the most convenient parking is not available, feel free to unload your vehicle right near the condo and then park the car.
