This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I donā€™t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks!

A relaxing vacation

The host goes above and beyond with this cottage. Not only do you have anything you could ever need and dream of, but they also give you a cute gift! The house is stocked with extra linens, fully stocked kitchen, bug spray, seasonings, and sā€™mores kits. You can tell the thought and details were not spared in this cottage and it feels very much like home. Thank you for going above and beyond and allowing us to enjoy your little piece of heaven. We will be coming back!

Cozy little cottage

Our stay was relaxing. The cottage is located close enough that nothing is a long, terrible drive. The cottage was very clean, updated and had everything to make our stay feel like home away from home. I wished there was a little more privacy to the little swim area and fire pit because itā€™s shared but thatā€™s not a reason to not stay in the place. I highly recommend this little cottage.

The Cottage

The property is a very clean 2 bedroom cottage. The kitchen and living room have a nice open floor layout. The property shares shoreline of Lake of the Ozarks with the main house. It is conveniently located near several attractions including a brewery, golf course and outdoor entertainment venues. We enjoyed our stay and will likely be back to stay again.

The Perfect Cottage!

My husband & I stayed here for 6 days while he fished in the Bassmaster Open's on The Ozarks's. We needed a location that was close to take off & restaurants etc. The Cottage is the epitome of cleanliness and organization! We travel frequently and this was by far the best! Kaitlyn was responsive and accommodating with a slight schedule change, and everything was exactly as advertised. The Cottage has everything you will need and more! Thank you!

Great Lake access

Great spot for a quick guys weekend. Place was clean with a unique area to enjoy the lake. My friend group loves to enjoy a fire and they had a perfect spot to do that. All communication was friendly and professional as well!

Adorable but expensive cleaning fee for 1 night.

We loved our1 night stay here. The location of the property was a little tricky to maneuver, but once we did it once it was easier the second time to get in and out. It was very decorated so cute and was very clean, which we very much appreciated. However, I did think the cleaning fee was a little outrageous for a one night stay. Had we stayed the whole weekend or a whole week my opinion would be different, but we were there less than 24 hours. I think they should consider doing a deposit to cover any crazy mishaps that could happen instead of such a high cleaning cost. Just my opinion. This little place is perfect for one week, or one night.

Perfect little cottage!

We absolutely loved our overnight stay at the cottage! It was in a great location & so quiet. We also loved seeing the wildlife; it was nice walking out the front door and seeing a family of deer up on the hill. If youā€™re looking for a little getaway, this is the spot. It was clean and had everything we needed. Also, waking up and seeing the lake out the window was a nice feature. We will be staying again!

Perfect for us!

Had a fantastic time at this property. Great location, very close to Margaritaville (check out free pool with water slide, if you have kids). Only reason for low rating on check-in was that the unit had not been cleaned before we arrived. A quick text and the owner had the crew there within 30 mins. Not a huge deal for us, and was resolved quickly with great communication. Would definitely stay againā€¦loved the two King beds for our family of 4.

My wife and I stayed there 3 night for her birthday. It's quiet and peaceful. Th property was clean and we saw plenty of wildlife and the property owners were very welcoming and friendly. They also provide a little journal from people who rented there before. We will definitely be back soon. 5/5 in my books.

Very clean and well stocked for our needs. Tranquil property, lots of wildlife. A little hard to get down to the fire pit and lake, but I have bad knees. Overall, fantastic.
