This ended up being a last second booking since our other reservation with a completely different host was cancelled. Their communication was great, they started heating the pool and hot tub for us the day we booked (which was the day before check-in). There was a slight issue with the fridge not cooling but the maintenance guy came out within about 30-45 min to fix. Loved this place and will look to book it again next year.

Thank you so much for choosing us, even with such short notice — we're so glad everything came together smoothly for your stay! It means a lot that we could get the pool and hot tub heated in time despite the quick turnaround. We're also glad our maintenance team was able to get the fridge sorted out so quickly. Thank you for your patience with that, and we're thrilled to hear you loved the place. We'd love to host you again next year!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Our large family of three generations rented five homes in Champions Gate for a reunion. This home was by far the best: clean, well-maintained, and with everything we needed for our immediate family. The beds were super comfortable with crisp sheets and cozy comforters. You can't go wrong with this one!

Our stay at the champions gate house was perfect! Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Everything about the house and available amenities were perfect and we have no complaints. Definitely stay there if you were considering staying offsite while visiting Disney! We are so thankful to have had this place to stay and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a house in the area! It will definitely be a future consideration if we return!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

The house was awesome! Brigitte, the host, responded to all my questions and concerns immediately prior to arrival and once at the house. Our stay made great family memories. It was clean and nicely decorated. Kids young and old loved the movie theater. Plenty of TVs for everyone to watch movies, football and Thanksgiving Macy's parade. I highly recommend this house and host for a family trip to Disney and Universal.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're so glad the house helped create great family memories, especially during the holidays — from the movie theater to having enough TVs for everyone to enjoy football and the Macy's parade together. It means a lot that communication felt smooth throughout your stay. We'd love to welcome your family back for another Disney and Universal trip!

Great stay!!

My family of 10 really enjoyed the house! Everything was as listed. The house was very spacious and allowed enough room for everyone to be in the house and not feel “on top” of each other. Great communication from the property manager as well. There was one mix up with the pool heat that was resolved in good timing. I would keep this in my list of properties to visit again.

Family Christmas vacation

Property was just as in the pictures, very nice and elegant. Plenty of things for everyone, baby items and games/toys for older kids. Pool was clean snd everyone had lots of fun. It would have been better if the poolhouse was closer to the property. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous house for large families!

Our family of 13 loved this house, the location and the amenities at Champions Gate. Being within walking distance to the playground, the basketball court and soccer field was a real pleasure for all of us - young and old. The beds were all super comfortable with beautiful bedding and the whole house was clean and nicely decorated. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space as well as lots of room, inside and out, for us to share meals together and enjoy each others company. Brigitte and the property management were terrific to deal with. I highly recommend this property and we plan on returning here for our next family vacation.

Awesome Home and Host! Wish I could give 10 stars!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—I’m talking fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, extra towels, you name it! My grandchildren loved the house pool as well as the community pools. The house had plenty of pool/beach towels for our use. Brigitte, the host? Top notch! She was super responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We felt taken care of the whole time. Whether you're planning a family getaway, couples retreat, or a girls trip, this is the place you want to book. Already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommend!!

Great house!

The house is big and beautiful. So much space to spread out! Kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, utensils, ect. Make sure to bring your own of everything else! Our kids loved the themed rooms and the garage/playroom and movie theatre! The community is a bit confusing to navigate. We never went to the club house but there was a phone number you could call for a shuttle service. We are 3 families and had a great time. Thanks so much for having us!

Beautiful and spacious home

Booking CG magical villa was super easy for my family. Brigitte was available throughout the entire process for questions or concerns and EXTREMELY responsive. Upon arriving at the villa, my family was met with a gorgeous home (pictures do not do it justice). We loved it. Our only issue was not being able to truly enjoy the pool and hot tub. We did opt-in for the pool heat, but it just did not get warm enough until our last night, really. And even then, the pool was warmer than the hot tub (which only got lule warm). I know this was due to the weather in Florida (it was in the 60s). I will definitely book with Orlando Magical Villas for future vacations.

Very nice and spacious house. My family was happy with the house, especially the theater room. It made watching movies and sports (NBA Finals) special because of how huge the screen is. They spent their money wisely on that upgrade! The kitchen is big with plenty of good appliances. We loved the air fryer and used it repeatedly. The pool was in line with others in the resort community and we took advantage of the main resort pool (Oasis).Cons (minor)-There's several sharp corners in the living room (dinner table and coffee table), but we were just mindful of the little kids and put a towel on the coffee table. Just an FYI.-No spices - I always bring essential spices as it's a crap shoot with rentals. I don't expect spices at a rental, but just in case you do.Pros-Ample bathrooms-Spacious bedrooms-TV in every bedroom and common area-Game room - While we didn't use it much, it was nice to have.-Community amenities - The Oasis Club is pretty nice. Note: they will thuroughly check your bags and towels for outside food and drinks. Like, they make the TSA look like amateurs.-Location - Since this house is on the NE corner of the community, you are at least 10 minutes closer to Disney and Universal than the SW corner where we stayed before.-Communication - The owner was very responsive.

Thank you so much for this detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled the theater room was such a hit, especially for the NBA Finals — it really does make a difference for movie and sports nights with the family. So glad the kitchen and that air fryer got some good use too! It's also great to hear the location worked out well for quicker access to Disney and Universal, and that communication was smooth throughout your stay. We'd love to host your family again on your next Orlando trip!

It is a shame that the guests can leave a retaliation review on this platform. We were forced to charge the security deposit due to several violations to the signed rental agreement. Few minutes after this charge was made, the guest wrote her review. Guest broke the following rules: - exceeded the amount of people allowed in the house - brought an unauthorized dog to the property (not a service animal) - police came at 3am due to complaints of excessive noise by neighbors - checked out 2 hours after the scheduled time The AC is working perfectly. No complains from any other guests. Thankfully we have many other reviews to prove that we always take proper care of our guests. This guest has two 1 star reviews, suggesting their misconduct may be repetitive. I would definitely NOT rent to this guest again.
