As you pull up to Selah by the Sea, you are greeted by the beautiful blue water of the Gulf of Mexico and your private boardwalk to the sugar white sand of Cape San Blas. The shade covered area has a large gas grill, an outdoor shower, and your own private splash pool.


As you enter the foyer, you have the option of using the full service elevator. At the next level, you are in an open floor plan. You have the comfortable furnished living room, welcoming dining room, and a well equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, reverse osmosis water purification, stainless farm style sink, quartz counter tops, and an island with comfortable seating for two. Down the hall is a bathroom for convenient access to this level. There is a covered deck that spans the whole width of the house and overlooks the beach. The deck is furnished with comfortable Adirondack deck furniture for your enjoyment.


The 2nd floor has a queen and king master bedroom that are complete with two beautiful master baths. Each of these masters have full length glass patio doors which open onto another furnished and covered deck with goes across the width of the house. Down the hall is a full-size washer and dryer.


On the 3rd floor, you are greeted with another king master bedroom and bath. There is another living room that has a queen sleeper sofa. Adjacent to this living room is a snack room with coffee maker, refrigerator, and ice maker. The fifth bathroom is also on this floor, as well as the last sleeping area with twin over twin bunk beds. The master bedroom and second living area also have a gulf front balcony.


This home is stylish, comfortably decorated and furnished, and meticulously maintained.
