Located in the village of Ludlow, Vermont on the Black river within 20 miles of 5 major ski area’s.Walking distance to dining , shops, & entertainment on main street. 2 minute drive to Okemo ski area or a short walk to the free shuttle bus ( weekends & holidays winter only ) Cross country skiing , close to state park /beach/ golf. Must be 21 or older to rent and a 2 car parking limit , no winter parking on street you will be towed !!!!.
This second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer. The living room has a gas fireplace, new sleeper sofa, love seat, 2 rockers, 50” tv, cable and wifi that will handle work on line. Bedroom #1 has two sets of twin bunks (4 people), bedroom #2 has 1 set of custom made double bed bunks (4people). I don’t provide linens. You will need to bring 4 sets of twin sheets , 2 sets of full , and 1 set for queen sleeper sofa bed. Dogs are welcome crated when left alone !!!!!!!
Don't forget how great summer is in VT with golf at Fox Run and Tater Hill, or Hiking up Okemo and biking on its trails with its great “Adventure park! “
If you prefer a quieter time you could read a book at the state park beach , fish or rent a boat and paddle around to enjoy the clean waters of VT. Use Jackson Gore fitness center with indoor outdoor pool for a small fee . Also enjoying the free summer out door concerts sitting around the fire pit in the court yard. Day trips to Mt. Washington and Manchester, Vt. outlet stores. Or you could take a rest and enjoy cooking out in the back yard on the grill, with table and chairs by the Black river.
Check in is @ 5 pm, check out @ 2 pm . The door will be unlocked and the key on the kitchen table . When leaving. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher. Take a walk-through to see if you have left anything behind. Place recyclables on front porch in appropriately labeled cans. When leaving place the key on the kitchen table and lock the door behind you .
