Welcome to the house on Sodus Bay where you and yours will make memories years to come. Our multi level home welcomes you and your guests providing enough room for gathering in open spaces and spacious rooms to retreat and relax. Start your day watching the sunrise from the open kitchen with a warm cup of joe and wind down the evening in our sunset view loft. Spend the day swimming or fishing off your private dock or at the beach just 1 mile away.
Home is fully equipped and furnished.

An amazing getaway

This house is in the perfect location to access Sodus Point. You can walk to everything besides having a great water view if you just want to hang out.

July 4th Family Gathering

This property was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. The deck with the awning was key as was the dock for the boat. Great location. The owner was very responsive and gave great check in and check out instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Sodus Point, NY

This house was great. The dock on the water was a huge hit with the kids and perfect for my boat. Pet friendly was a major bonus. The owners were easy to work with and responsive. We enjoyed the house very much.

Annual Family Vacation On Sodus Bay

Very nice. Very clean place. Nice dock out front for at least 3 boats if needed. Hard to park multiple cars. Manageable, but small parking are for the number of guests.

Family vacation

Wonderful property with lots of room! Beds were so comfortable. Spacious kitchen and dining room for group meals. Beautiful bay views from every floor. Loved all the yard games provided. Bar area and first floor family room was a perfect size for our whole family to relax together and play games. Alida thank you for a beautiful, comfortable home for our family vacation!

Family location for Groom's Family

Property was ideal for our family to enjoy each other while visiting from out of town for our son's wedding celebration. There was a ton of space and we especially loved the ability to gather in separate locations for chating, games, and just resting. The weather ended up being cold and rainy - but we were happy as clams in this comfortable home! All extras were very much appreciated: including plenty of towels and ground coffee!

Family Vaca

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We had 7 adults, 2 kids and one infant. We enjoyed the downstairs room to gather and loved that all the bedrooms were on the second floor. Every bedroom had an AC unit and they all worked very well. We utilized the dock every day for our boat and took the short walk to the sodus point playground multiple times. Great communication by owner was a huge plus. Highly recommend this rental!

Family summer vacation

The property was huge. My family was blown away by this property. There is so much to do. You have a dock for swimming and fishing. There is a large back yard for games. You can walk to the town for dinner, ice cream, beach park and shopping. The house was supplied with all the amenities we needed. It is a really cool property. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with.

Great house

We were in Sodus for a HS graduation and send off for my nephew who enlisted in the Navy. The house was so nice. Clean, great location and beautiful views. The home is well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had some issues with the TV. No cable, the host explained how the TV worked but we were not able to watch any live TV. The hot water is really HOT so be careful. That being said, this is a wonderful home and Alida is a terrific host. Highly recommend renting. You won't be disappointed!!

Pictures Need Updating

Overall, we had a great time. This house was very nice and very clean. The owner/manager was very communicative and very nice. Our only complaints was that the pictures do not accurately describe the property. The pictures show an awning and a table with an umbrella on the deck. There was no awning and no table with an umbrella, so no shade whatsoever. The pictures show a nice big white couch in the screen room which I thought would have been great had it rained. However, there is no couch there only old wooden chairs. The pictures don't show that the marina is on both sides of the property so the view of the lake is very limited. Also, the dock was in bad shape and quite scary in one place.

4th Fun

This is our second year staying in this house for the 4th of July. It’s a great house with everything we needed. Having a dock was an added bonus and we were able to walk into town. The owner was very good at communicating and responding. We will definitely come back again.

Bayside weekend

Check in was easy and host was very responsive. Property is an easy walk to town and beach. Gorgeous weather so we really enjoyed the deck and yard.

Great location and beautiful home

We had 15 people ranging from 8-64 years. The home was big enough for us all to hang out inside or outside and it is so beautiful. The deck was amazing and the yard had enough room to put up a volleyball/ badminton net along with corn hole. The dock was nice to sit on and watch the other boats come in and out. About a 10-15 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Would definitely recommend this to anyone

Great last minute decision!

Just returned from 4 nights at this beautiful spot and everything was great! The home was clean, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Owner was very accommodating and communication was perfect. This was our first trip to the area so we appreciated the local info and restaurant recommendations. This is the perfect spot for a larger group so our 5-6 people had plenty of room to kick back and relax. Absolutely great visit, thanks again!!

Great spot on the bay

The house was perfect for our stay, comfortably slept 8 adults and 4 children, enough of a yard to let the dogs play and kids to run around. Dock on the bay right next to a marina so we were able to launch our boat at the marina, keep it at the dock, and go salmon fishing in the lake every morning. Homeowners were great and kept in touch in case we needed anything. Great house and great experience.

Beautiful home

This house is absolutely beautiful! 13 of us ranging from 5-69 stayed there for 4 nights and there was not one complaint from any of us. Everything you need is there. The kids loved fishing all day, every day right there from the docks. The beds were very comfortable and the fans in each room kept it cool at night. The host always messaged me right back with any questions we had. We are already talking about a stay there again next year.

Lovely home on the bay!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sodus Point! The home was immaculately cleaned, well appointed, and the property managers were more than accommodating. We stayed for 5 days, during a treacherous heat wave in June! Unfortunately, the house didn’t have air conditioning and we were quite uncomfortable. However, the property managers were kind enough to bring an A/C window unit for my elderly grandmother’s room, and fans for the rest of our rooms. They also brought slushees to help us all cool off! Such a sweet gesture. While the heat was still very uncomfortable, the owners did let us know that they were having window units installed the following week for future guests! We really enjoyed the yard, games, and cozy sitting areas! The dock was especially nice since we came with our pontoon boat! Unfortunately, the dock area is very weedy, so do no plan on swimming off the dock unless you love the weeds! There is a beautiful beach just minutes down the road, and a small strip with a few restaurants, ice cream shops, and a small gift shop. Not a ton for kids to do in the area, but we made do with fishing, boating, and playing games! This is the perfect home for a family getaway, especially if you’d like to disconnect, avoid spending lots of money on amusement parks and arcades, take in the beautiful marina view, relax, and enjoy your family!

Sodus Point Stay

We had a very good experience renting this property. The house was clean and ready when we got there. Alida was friendly and easy to work with. Our stay was short but we hope to get back to the area and hopefully this house in the future.
