We greet you on your arrival to show you to your charming accommodations. Our fully furnished homes are priced to include air conditioning, free wifi and smart Tv as well as use of the pool and gym.

Discover your tranquil getaway at Punta Chame Club and Resort, a boutique gated community designed for couples seeking a serene and comfortable escape. Our resort is conveniently located just one mile off the Pan-American Highway, 40 minutes from Panama City, and minutes from the pristine white sands of Punta Chame’s 22-mile beach stretch.

This beautiful fully Furnished Executive one bedroom home is available for rent in a Gated Resort community in the area of Punta Chame. It is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and Smart TVs. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or a month, you’ll find everything you need for a hassle-free experience. The fully stocked kitchen includes all cooking essentials, while the cozy living and dining spaces offer a welcoming atmosphere for meals or entertaining should you make new friends at our small intimate resort.

All bed linens are included as well as towels and pool towels. There is a coin laundry conveniently available onsite at $1 per wash or dry. Many of our clients will do their laundry while they hang out at our spectacular pool as it is just off the social area.

Enjoy our spectacular pool 75'X28' or workout in our fully equipped state-of-the-art gym. Sip a beverage poolside as you lounge and read a book or join into any of our poolside activities.

There is a bbq for use in the social area with a large covered seating area. Mondays are pot luck where you can get to know your neighbours in the resort community. Here everyone brings something to cook for themselves on the bbq as well as a dish to share. Many of our clients have made "forever friends" here.

Punta Chame has 22 miles of white sand beach and is the first beaches you come to on the Pacific side coming out of Panama City. Major shopping, golf, medical and the beach are within 10 minutes of the property. Punta Chame beaches are one of the best in the world for kitesurfer and people come form all over the world to use these beaches. If you are not a kitesurfer it is quite a sight to behold watching them.

There are also many activities available in the nearby areas for the tourist including, kiteboarding, surfing, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, jungle boat tours, a visit to a volcano in El Valle etc.

Winter holiday

The so call resort was very boring not many people there the people that where left early as we did we left a month early. Would not recommend this property.

5 weeks of enjoying life

My husband and I spent 5 weeks at the resort from Jan 10, 2011 to Feb 14th, 2011. We had met the owners back in Canada and the listing was accurate. We were greeted by Nancy and John and were amazingly surprised by the reception from them and other guests staying at the resort. The house was clean and well maintained. We have made friends for life as being a small community we got together for most acitivities including the water aerobics. There were a lot of tears when we left. We are looking at going back next year (4-5 couples) for 3-4 months. Truly ENJOYED it.

Perfect spot to relax!

This resort is a fabulous place to unwind and relax! The grounds are very clean and well kept, plus it is very secure behind a gated driveway. Parking is included, which isn’t always the case. We spent many days sitting by the incredible pool which was always the perfect temperature. The gym is well equipped for those days you want to move a little bit before hitting the pool. Onsite laundry is a big bonus. Our rental unit, D2, was very comfortable. The AC worked very well, which is important when it’s 35 degrees outside. The kitchen was decently stocked with necessary cookware, and the living area has comfortable couches and Netflix available on the TV. The wifi was a little intermittent, but I believe they were improving things as we were leaving. The bedroom could use a little more storage, but was otherwise comfortable. The location is a little bit removed from the nearest town, so a rental car is highly recommended unless you are willing to wait for the bus or a taxi. Overall, we highly recommend this resort!

10 Days of Christmas Bliss

We stayed at the Punta Chame Club and Resort, over the Christmas period from the 22 December 2017 until 1 January 2018 and couldn’t have been happier! First we met by the fantastic , Property Manager of the Resort, Linda and her husband Barry. Couldn’t have had a better welcome and thorough viewing of the properties and amenities. And even better, found out that they were Fellow Newfoundlanders! Who would of thunk B’y. Next we met the Resort Owners; Debrah and Wayne, who we hit it off with immediately . Super friendly, professional and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay went as smoothly and comfortably as possible. We stayed in the A1 condo and found it to be everything we could of wanted. Clean, quiet, fully air conditioned, nice fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and bed and a bonus of having very good Wifi and even had the added bonus of having the NHL Channel on their SkyTv system. As we both enjoy our workouts, the swimming pool is a lot larger than your average small resort complexes, with a full 25 metre pool, so we were able to get our daily 1km swim in , with most times having the pool to ourselves. And then add on the fully equipped gym, weight room, Yoga and Aquafit Classes and the always fun Rock and Roll Bar.....who could ask for anything more! Not only did Linda and Barry, Wayne and Deb suggest local restaurants in the area, on more than one occasion even joined us. Even though just a short drive to the beaches and Shopping areas, would highly recommend having a rental vehicle. All in all, a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend the Punta Chame Club and Resort to any and all, for your visit to the Chame and Coronado Districts of Panama. Great pool!

My husband and I spent a month here and we really loved it. There are ten units on the property, so it wasn't crowded, and we got to know a few of our neighbours. The pool was amazing. Very big, and very clean. The location is just a ten minute drive to the shops and services in Coronado, and a quiet beach is never far away - if you can drag yourself away from the pool! There is a nicely equipped gym and a bar beside the pool as well. The caretaker, Mike was incredibly helpful and kind enough to let us use his computer and printer when we bought our car. He goes above and beyond. This resort is one we will visit again for sure.

great place to stay, friendly, central location, great pool

We spent a month here in January and loved it. 20 min from beach, 20 minutes from mountains, 15 minutes from good stores and restaurants. Very relaxing and friendly. Has a great pool that we used daily. Had a BBQ party at least once a week for guest got together in the evenings. We made some really good friends here. We felt very secure and safe staying here.

Week in Panama at Punta Chame Club and Resort

My husband and I stayed at Punta Chame Resort and Club for a week in early October. The owner greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the resort and our 1 bedroom condo. The condo was beautifully furnished, very clean and comfortably appointed. The grounds and pool are beautiful-very well kept. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are very nice grocery stores in nearby Coronado. Since this was our first trip to Panama we weren't sure what to expect when we went in to do a little grocey shopping. We were amazed at the number of North American products available,and although our Spanish is limited, we had little difficulty ordering at the deli counter. The stores are very modern and clean. The people were very friendly and helpful. There are several new stores that have recently opened and more shopping centers under construction nearby. The resort is located between two small mountain ranges and about 10 minutes from the ocean. The countryside is just beautiful...not over developed. Although October is part of the rainy season in Panama we had only short showers each day and then the sun came back out. A rental car is a must-Punta Chame is about 40 minutes outside of Panama City and to see the countryside and beaches you will need a car. We can't wait to visit again this spring. I would highly recommend a stay at Punta Chame Resort and Club if you want a relaxing vacation in beautiful surroundings.

We wanted a romantic getaway. We loved the Punta C

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and were completely blown away by the beauty and serenity of this place. It is just as depicted in the advertisement, if not better! The directions were pretty straightforward and we found the place without a hitch. The property and grounds were beautifully maintained and landscaped. The house was brand new, sparkling clean, and tastefully decorated. The fully equipped, modern kitchen was great, with new appliances, dishes, cookware, and utensils. We really enjoyed the satellite/big plasma tv and the big comfy leather couches for snuggling up. The huge pool was always clean and we pretty much had it all to ourselves the entire time. They have aqua-fit classes 3 mornings a week, a classic rock bar (not sure what days its open), and were just in the process of putting the final touches on a great new onsite gym. Nancy and John, the property managers were extremely friendly and gracious and were able to provide some good insight as to where to go grocery shopping and what nearby beaches were the best to go to. No problem if you don't speak a word of Spanish, they are English speakers. There is an El Rey and Super 99 about 10 minutes away, with lots of local convenience stores, restaraunts, and places to buy local crafts along the way. I would highly recommend going here with a car, as it is about a 40 minute drive outside of Panama city, and is situated in a rural country sort of setting and exploring and siteseeing in the area will be much easier. However, you can get here by public bus for about $4 per person or a taxi for around $25 flat (Make sure to negotiate with the driver first!). The beaches are not within walking distance, but they were really beautiful, with pristine white sand and hardly anyone around. It was a really nice escape for us from the hectic, congested city and we definately want to go back again. I wouldnt recommend this place for the party hearty or those looking for the typical all inclusive large scale resort type of thing. And it might be a little too luxurious for the typical backpacker. But, if you are looking for a relaxing, romantic getaway, with lots of privacy and comfort, this is where to go.

Punta Chame Resort Stay

I had an awesome time! I met a lot of good people and did quite a bit of travelling to check out the sights of Panama. I met the owners. They were a great help. I enjoyed hanging out at the pool and listening to the Classic Rock music. I would recommend Punta Chame Resort to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

Our gated community is suited to North Americans and Europeans with the Classic Rock Bar flavor. Our executive homes are reasonably priced and provide full kitchen and 42' satellite TV service and free internet. A cozy and intimate getaway in a quaint village.

This area as has been quoted as becoming the next 'up and coming Cancun of Panama'. There are many future developments coming into this area of 22 miles of white sand beaches located in the dry arc where it rains much less in the rainy season. We are one of the first projects in, and the area is projected to increase substantially in value in the near future. We are only 40 minutes from the city of Panama and the first sand beaches you come to on the Pacific side. We are only 10 minutes from all major amenities including, golf, shopping, medical and the beaches.

Please note there is a Deposit of $150 US cash on arrival for the front gate FOB. This is refundable on departure.

We find that our clients enjoy the atmosphere which makes it easy to meet and befriend more people as it is a small and intimate resort. Many of our clients make forever friends here. A majority of the local expats spent their first exploratory journey to Panama at Punta Chame Club and Resort. We have been in Panama since 2005 and have a multitude of experiences and advice on the culture and ways of Panama as well as where to visit and where not to go if you should care to have us share with you. If you are looking for adventure, then Panama certainly has what you are looking for.
