- A dining area and an open kitchen opening onto a large, sunny terrace. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a gas stovetop, a dishwasher, a toaster, an electric coffee maker, and a kettle.
- A second bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a partition with sliding panels that can be closed to create privacy
