Our 150m2 timber frame house has been specially fitted out for practical yet comfortable family living.<br>Its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The high ceilings reinforce the feeling of space in the living room.<br>The landscaped garden opens onto three different terraces: dining area with plancha, a relaxation area suitable for aperitifs and a jacuzzi area.<br>It is a house where it is "good to live" only 15 minutes from the ocean.<br>The accommodation<br>After passing through the gate, you have the possibility to park 2 cars, one of which will be under the carport which will keep it in the shade in the summer.<br>A large entrance leads to the house.<br>On the first floor are: the living room and kitchen, access to a bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a master suite of 24m2 with bathroom and dressing room, overlooking the jacuzzi.<br>Upstairs, a mezzanine with two children's bedrooms.<br>All the childcare equipment is at your disposal as well as our children's games if you wish (bath, baby cook, bibs, high chair, cot, etc.).<br>Traveler access<br>Our house will be totally accessible to you.<br>Only the garage could be closed as needed.<br>As well as the children's dressing room for stays outside July-August.<br>Other remarks<br>We leave outdoor games and skateboards available<br>The garden offers a trampoline (under the supervision of parents)
