Beautiful Home, Strict Hosts

I donā€™t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was warranted. We rented this property for two nights to celebrate my daughterā€™s 18th birthday. While the home and location were lovely, the experience was overshadowed by how rigid and overbearing the hosts were.Even before our stay, communication felt more like a rulebook than a warm welcome. There was pushback about bringing one of our dogsā€”despite the listing being advertised as ā€œdog-friendly.ā€ When I asked about their pet fees, I was told this wasnā€™t a ā€œdog boarding facility.ā€ That set the tone.Then came a flood of emails detailing an exhaustive list of doā€™s and donā€™ts:Youā€™ll be monitored on camera at check-in to ensure you only bring one dog.Always wear a life jacket on the dock and while using the rope swing.Donā€™t touch the ownerā€™s boat.Be cautious with the fire pitā€”never leave it unattended.Use the grill only on the concrete and donā€™t dump ashes in the trash.Break a paddleboard paddle? Thatā€™s on you.The lake is not a swimming pool.Early check-in or late check-out? Thatā€™s 25 per hour.Oh, and since no oneā€™s staying after you, weā€™ll offer 50% off if you want to extend your stay.And finally: ā€œHave a fun and relaxing time!ā€Are you kidding me?I spent the entire weekend feeling on edge, afraid of accidentally breaking a rule. Itā€™s a shame, because the property had so much potential to be a great, relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the hostsā€™ overly strict and watchful approach made that impossible.

Family Reunion Fun

Four generations gathered to reconnect and celebrate Easter and great grandmotherā€™s birthday. There was room for everyone. The little ones loved the bunk beds and adults enjoyed the comfy big beds. We rented a pontoon boat for extra fun, but the wide variety of water toys, game room and table large enough for a holiday meal, provided everything we needed for a successful family reunion.

Perfect lake home!

This was the perfect lake house for our family! Itā€™s right on the water and comes with kayaks, paddle boards, swim mats, a rope swing, and a boat lift. We rented a boat while we were there so it was convenient to be able to keep it in the lift. Our kids had a great time swimming and playing off of the dock. It is also a great house for dogs, because the entire yard is fenced in. The house it self was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and just like the pictures! There is plenty of space inside and out. The pool table and karaoke machine were our nightly entertainment. The kitchen was well appointed and the ice machine was a nice bonus. There were plenty of beach towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. The owners thought of everything! It was also nice to have covered parking! The owners extremely communicative and thorough. We highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to our next visit!

Fabulous home with so much to do!

This is the perfect home for a group of friends or large family. There is plenty of space, inside and out, that allows for a large group to be together without feeling like you are right on top of one another. The home has everything you could need, from an indoor game room, to kayaks/paddle boards/rope swing outside for hours and hours of fun. The home has an incredible second floor balcony with fun couch swings that provided nap space for teens and evening relaxation time for adults. Lastly, the home is equipped with everything you need to cook large meals and enjoy the meals together. If you are looking for a place to enjoy time with friends or extended family, this is the home for you!

EverytgGreat Birthday Vacation

We gathered from all parts of Texas to have a one of a kind birthday for my mother, and the house did not disappoint. It was spacious and clean. Every detail in the house, from the kitchen, to every room, the amenities and the outdoors were very well thought of keeping the guests and entertainment in mind. Very thoughtful to decorate the house and also leave a birthday card for my mother. We had an excellent stay and coud not have been more pleased. Thank you!

Wonderful

Our family had the best time. The home has good division between bedrooms and many options for places to relax. With family members of all ages it was easy to find a place to chill and read a book, or to be in the middle of things. Fishing was fun with many small fish biting. We even caught one larger fish. The rope swing at the water and the lilly pads were the biggest hits with our kids. There was simply something for everyone in this beautiful, well appointed home. The host was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will certainly be back!

Breeze Terrace is a gem on lake LBJ. The property's location is beautifully situated and everything that it offers will make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Amazing Getaway

This lakefront house is ideal for a family weekend vacation. The property is large and fully fenced, so it's a great yard for the kids to run around in. The lake view is gorgeous. You can catch the view right off of the boat dock, or even from the second floor balcony while while sitting on the oversized porch swings. The house is cozy and well decorated. It's fully equipped with all the appliances you need including tons of frig and freezer space and even an ice machine. We had so much fun playing music on the blue tooth Juke box, playing pool, and paddle boarding. Nearby, you can go hiking at Inks Lake Park. It was absolutely a perfect weekend. The host is super responsive to any questions and concerns. Thank you for sharing this slice of paradise with us!!

Fantastic property and owner

Everything about our stay was top class. The property and house was in fantastic condition. The boat dock with rope swing and Lilly pads was our favorite spot. The fully fenced in yard was great and gave of peace of mind with our dogs. Also - anytime we had a question, the response from the owner / management was almost immediate. 5 out of 5 esperience.

Great stay!

Beautiful home with lots of thoughtful touches. The location is on the quieter side of the lake which we enjoyed. The lack of boat traffic was great for the kids playing on the splash mats. Fishing off the dock was a blast along with using the kayaks. The communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

Good home to make memories

Our family of 8 adults enjoyed the house as it has a great layout to play games, hang out and close to dock. The kayaks, paddle boards, lily pads and outdoor swing were great. It was extremely helpful to have 2 fridges in the kitchen. The outdoor furniture and grill were not clean is the only reason for a lower rating. The prior renters left cake in the outdoor trash can with no liner that we cleaned out as we didnā€™t want to be penalized. We also cleaned the grill the best we could to avoid penalty. It is a bit pricey for what the area has to offer. Overall, we enjoyed the house and made lots of memories.

Family gathering to reminisce about departed sister

Our sister lived in the area for over thirty years before she recently passed away. The home was the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the lake and view what our sister so loved about about the area. The large gathering spaces in and outside of the house, upstairs and downstairs were perfect to sit and talk. House was equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect Spot for family fun

We had a great stay and really enjoyed this home. It is well equipped with all we needed to cook, play, rest and relax. Fantastic boat dock with all the fun toys, lift, convenient rentals for boats nearby to make our stay perfect. The downstairs area is really nice for the family to gather to watch the game, play pool or eat together. Upstairs thereā€™s a beautiful porch, common area and more bedrooms. There is coffee upstairs and downstairs for the early risers. What a well thought out home with great amenities!

Fantastic Lake Weekend!

Breeze Terrace is a fantastic house for a long lake weekend. Our group of families had children ages 10 to 19 and there was no shortage of activities for all. The paddle board, kayaks and Lilly Pads were perfect. The inside pool table, board and video games were great. The big bunk room was a huge hit. The moms loved coffee on the huge front porch overlooking the lake. The house was spotless, had everything we needed (two refrigerators and a big Keurig!), and communication with the owners was easy, fast and efficient. We highly recommend this place!

Breeze Terrace is truly unique! It offer something for everyone with plenty to do! It is near major attractions yet is off the beaten path from the everyday hustle and bustle! We have recently done a full update on the property adding many upscale amenities including a new 2 stall boat house that can house your boat both big or small! In fact it can hold up to 8500 lbs! Just up the road from us is a boat and jet ski rental place. Please let us know if you need more information!
